By skherbeck in United States, 31 Dec 2010 13:42I've placed multiple orders for minifigs with past series... in each case, S@H took the initial order, but eventually cancelled all orders over the limited quantity, so don't get your hopes up Huw! By Nerd in United States, 31 Dec 2010 13:47Darn. Its not available in the USA. By brixton in Canada, 31 Dec 2010 14:05I'm still debating whether I should order these online or just wait until I find them in-stores. I'm getting tired of the mini-figure hunt so maybe I'll try ordering them online but I don't want duplicates. Decisions. By LobsterWarrior in United States, 31 Dec 2010 14:29@Brixton - Hey, bet your marbles, let's see if you got good luck :P By herolegoman in United Kingdom, 31 Dec 2010 14:33Buy the whole set on ebay its easier By duilim in Australia, 31 Dec 2010 15:02That's it, I've had enough. The price for these minifigs in Australia has gone up to $4.99. TLG is getting really greedy in this part of the world, and I'm not happy. We pay over the top prices for our sets as it is. At least this has made my decision easier about whether or not to collect the set this time - think I'll limit myself to just the elf, samurai and snowboarder and leave it at that. By MasterOfPuzzles in United States, 31 Dec 2010 15:47Check your local Lego store if you live near one. Burlington, MA had them out when I stopped by today even though they are waiting for tomorrow for Ninjago. Given the price increase I only picked up 7 packs which I felt and looked at the dots to try and get different ones. By Aussie Tahu in Australia, 31 Dec 2010 16:21@duilim, same here I'm not getting these for that ridiculous price. By aaronptrck in United States, 31 Dec 2010 16:37Remember to use BR120 to save an extra $5 with purchases above $20! (Get like 1 + 1/2 minifig for free :p) By supertails387 in United States, 31 Dec 2010 18:44They come out in the US tomorrow! I might try and make an order. By supertails387 in United States, 31 Dec 2010 18:44They come out in the US tomorrow! I might try and make an order. By aaronptrck in United States, 31 Dec 2010 19:58Now available in the USA :D By xena6296 in United States, 31 Dec 2010 20:11@aarontrck: Wondering where you get the "BR120"? is it the catalog code? Thanks. By aaronptrck in United States, 31 Dec 2010 20:16Got it from Toys n' Bricks site.... I've used it now 3 times :pIt's a BrickMaster code.... The heck what it is.... it saves me $$$ :D By Uno Brick in United States, 31 Dec 2010 20:17Yup, now in the U.S.A., limit 16 for $2.99. Probably released just a few hours or minutes ago guessing from how they aren't at the top of the "Top 25 Sellers" list yet, like Series 1 and 2 were.Either That, or people are avoiding them because of the higher prices, sitting in shock staring at the numbers 2.99. :) By xena6296 in United States, 31 Dec 2010 20:35@arrontrck: Thanks, by the way, where should I put the code at checking out screen? By aaronptrck in United States, 31 Dec 2010 20:44On the checkout page there should be a box for 'coupon / catalog code' just enter it there. This basically paid for the shipping for me (with $0.05 left over... woohoo!) By xena6296 in United States, 31 Dec 2010 20:56@aaronptrck: sori for the typo. Info noted, thanks again. By Uno Brick in United States, 31 Dec 2010 22:06Oops sorry, actually, for my above post, maybe the figs aren't on the Top 25 because the page has not been updated by Shop@Home, as they seem to do it once each day.Hopefully, I won't have to resort to ordering from S@H if the production of this series has increased and they're made more widely available. I'm much more comfortable with knowing what's in the bag before I buy, especially at this higher price. By voypro in United States, 01 Jan 2011 10:25In my opinion the new Lego price point of $2.99 is their observance of the market baring prices the borders and Toys r us charging of $3.99-$4.99. I have a close associate that publishes postcards, he wholesales them for .25 each. His primary retailer sells them for $1. (I know, $1 for a postcard!) That large reseller sells approximately 1000 per year. He recently addressed the issue with the retail trying to convince them that they would double their sales if they used the SRP of .50 cents, while assuring their was an unlimited stock of the postcards. Other smaller retailers sell them for the SRP of .50 cents. The only way to get the $1 seller to reduce their price is to pressure them by raising the price to .50 cents, which totally hoses the smaller retailers. Oh yeah, cost to produce post card... .02 cents. With this scenario in mind, Lego could hold to its guns and sell its minifigs for $1.99 on the website, which would make the folks charging $2.99 - $4.99 look like they are gouging. I think by raising their own price to $2.99 they are jumping on the profit bandwagon to their own demise. If each minifig cost .10 cents I would be shocked, especially at the slave wages paid in china. I am all for profit, but by keeping prices low Lego would see the same amount of profit buy selling more products.Ask anybody who stopped collection comics or sports cards or whatever. they all say the same thing, when the price got to high, i had to quit. After all, is a Minifig worth a gallon of milk, or gallon of gasoline? By i like guitars in United States, 01 Jan 2011 11:21i thought there was free shipping over $100, i was trying to get 16 minifigs and diagon alley. br120 works in the us also. By Swift~ in Canada, 01 Jan 2011 11:58Hooray, finally we can get them in Canada. Luckily for me, I think I am going to a LEGO Store soon, so I might get a few.:) By MinifigureMan in United Kingdom, 01 Jan 2011 16:50Sorry, but does anyone know if the previous crib sheet for the UK works? I hope to use it tomorrow. By Matthew in United Kingdom, 03 Jan 2011 10:39I just got a message from the LDC Manchester saying that when they have stock they will let me buy a sealed case. I only want 1 set and a couple of duplicates. rather that ebaying or selling the others on Ebay I would like to ask if anyone on Brickset would like to send me cash in post for the ones they want. I would not want over the RRP, just £2 + the price for postage. (1st class UK £1.61 I think)Please contact me via my profile if you are interested. By hssky97 in United States, 05 Jan 2011 20:51Anyone having shipping problems? I ordered mine on Jan. 1st, Lego sent me an email saying the order was processed, info sent, etc. as normal, I check back today on the tracking results it says the anticipated ship date was Jan. 3rd! Also, it hasn't even gone past the initiated stage! It just says "Shipment information sent to FedExPlease check back later for shipment status." Is this normal? By madforLEGO in United States, 05 Jan 2011 23:06Just so everyone knows TRU.com came back down to earth. $2.99 per pack and free shipping online..Also Notice how shipping for 60 packs is now a small $5.55 now when it was 80 around the holidays...
