Guests will enjoy an evening packed with exclusive activities, including:

Sounds like a great event!
Can't imagine the price to attend. And of course these greedy goofballs are giving you a "light" dinner. Its probably a piece of toast and a mint for 1,899.99
Sounds like it will be a fun event for those able to attend.
Unfortunately, for all I spend on Lego, it's not likely I can afford traveling to Billund... so for those like me who can't attend, I'd like to make a suggestion that the LEGO Group do something similar, but on a smaller scale, as pop-up meet & greets at LEGOlands across the globe. This would give far more people the opportunity at such fan experiences... just something to consider.
Pricey, but sure sounds interesting!
Should I cancel my upcoming Taiwan/Japan trip for this? Nah.....

It's $295 to attend in US dollars. Getting there from the USA is probably more expensive than that, though...
This sounds lovely, hopefully the dates for next year come out relatively soon so I can plan my annual trip out to Billund around one
When you consider that the LEGO Inside Tour has a 5 year backlog and costs 25,000 DKK, this evening sounds quite affordable.
I would like to ask Hans Burkhard Schlömer to take a closer look at 10335 Endurance's incorrect red flag.
After reading just the title, I have the impression that the ticket price would be expensive, guess I'm right.
Wonder if the designers involved get any overtime pay/extra allowance etc.
I’d love to go to one of these as they sound intriguing (including the extra benefits like the after hours shop) but if they’re always on a weekday it’s going to be difficult - I’d probably need to be either at the airport or in Billund for the night before the event - I guess I could arrive on the day but then you’re kind of wasting the all-day access to the Lego House before the event proper. All I can hope for is they make it clear what the dates of the others are ahead of time so that people can plan ahead - ideally with the themes of the talks too to gauge our interest.
If you live in Europe in one of the countries surrounding Denmark and can drive there - it sounds ideal!
Out of interest, I also noticed there’s a ticketed AFOL Christmas lunch on 5th December, so you might be able to combine both these things?

Nah, you just have to climb onto the landing gear of an EU-bound plane when nobody's looking.

You could buy nearly two sets with that kind of money!
I think this sounds great. If only we were in Europe. :o(
Sounds great, given the number of designers and day evening event, the price doesn't sound too unreasonable. I assume the Lego House store is different to the archive vintage set vault, which would have me on the first plane out?
€250 to get in.
€250 to get there.
€250 to eat and sleep there.
Hmm...
It would be an interesting evening, but that's quite the price tag.
Oh, and it's on a Thursday night, so that's two days off work.
I wonder how much they'd charge if they did this via an internet live event for the designer interviews, not to mention how many would watch who can't afford to attend in person.
Am I missing where the duration of the ‘evening’ is stated?
Feels rather vague to just give the start time… surely the finish time would help those thinking of buying. I mean, as random examples, is it 17:00-19:00 or 17:00-22:00?
sounds like something that would be wonderful streamed for those who can't make it, Even maybe something you would pay for something nominal like $5, or some lego vip points.
My American brain can't wrap itself around the term "Light buffet dinner." You can have a light dinner, and you can have a buffet dinner, but a Light buffet? Only if they run out of food...

Don't worry, not a particularly American brain issue I guess, it sounded confusing to me too.
I guess it's more like a buffet with snacks and sandwiches or so?

Celery buffet. All the celery you can eat.

I would like to let him know that the Republic Gunship is not from the "Original Triology," and I would advise Crystal to boldly use spellcheck.

And Marina Stampoli to be offered some veal scallOpini during the light buffet!
