Argos now stocking Architecture sets

Big Ben

Somewhat surprisingly, Argos has started stocking a few Architecture sets, including Big Ben. Prices are retail, but I can't see them selling particularly well so I'm sure they'll be reduced in the fullness of time. See what's available on our Argos shopper page, select 'Architecture' from the drop-down list.

Excellent news - while generally overpriced, these sets might become more attractive as part of a 3-for-2....

I have always intended to get the Empire State Building at some point, and given some kind of offer I will probably get it and Big Ben too.

If you can't wait for a 3-for-2 offer, you can get Big Ben from Toys R Us right now for £19.99 instead of £24.99 using the current 20% off voucher code (TOYSBIKES20, or print off a voucher for use in store).

my 6 year old daughter was asking for some random toys the other day. I told her nowhere had them in stock. her reply? 'Find it, get it, argos it'.

despair.

I've never heard of that advertising slogan before (possibly because I don't have a TV licence?!)

I am sorry this is a bit off topic, but still related to Argos. I have noticed having looked a little harder than usual at the Argos shopper page that set 9516, Jabba's Palace is available for £96.00 at Argos, it lists no reduction, but having looked on the Argos website itself, the listed price information seems to be correct. At that price I suggest anybody who is considering the set to snap it up as soon as possible as it really is excellent (except for the RRP of course).

Also, the image listed next to the set on the Argos shopper page is incorrect and shows the older version of the palace which could do with changing.
