Cuusoo DeLorean To Be Available at Toys R Us Canada

The DeLorean Time Machine

It appears that the Cuusoo DeLorean is currently up on the Toys R Us web page.

Currently unavailable however, this is great news for most of us. Has anyone spotted any in stores?

Thank you Brickset user Chrislopa for the news.

It's also available right now at the TRU website in the US... for $44.99. Apparently there's no limit, as I just added 10 to my cart, just to see... You also get a free Crug's Swamp boat with $50 purchase. It looks like they ship internationally, as well.

I wonder if these will be the same DeLorean sets with a misprinted flux capacitor... Mine said "Sheild eyes from light", not "Shield"... Has anyone else noticed this mistake?

By in Canada,

I saw it today at a TRU in Montreal QC
Never thought I'd ever see it on the shelves but considering the fact that its a licensed property I can only imagine that it will have wide distribution.

If TRU Canada got Minecraft then it wouldn't surprise me that they'd eventually end up with the next Cuusoo model as well. I'm just not sold on the DeLorean, for me it's just not recognizable for the scale it's constructed at. Apparently (I must have slept through this newsflash) it comes with two minifigures, which if I had to guess would probably be Collectible Minifigure quality... but still a nice touch. I still think the model looks like crap, and I'm not EVER touching a Back to the Future movie with a ten foot pole, so I think I'll have to pass on this. Interesting news none the less.

By in Canada,

That's fun, but I still think I'll pick it up at the lego store on my trip to Toronto in a couple of weeks.

Wow, our stores are awesome. I got mine two weeks ago at the LEGO store at Yorkdale:

As for any other stores, yes, I actually spotted the Delorean at my local Mastermind toys, ( http://www.mastermindtoys.com/LEGO-Back-to-the-Future-DeLorean.aspx ) which was quite surprising. It's the one located on Younge street. Good luck to those going to buy it, because apparently a lot of people are looking for this set.

By in Canada,

It was at the TRU on Boul. St Jean across the street from the Fairview shopping center. They had just put out a case at about 1 pm. Dont know if it was 3 or 4 units but the truck bay seem to have alot of Lego in it so even if it sold out on the floor there may be more in back. They are on the top shelf of one of those freestanding Lego displays (the ones with the wheels) This was the second restock since Tuesday. Good luck :)

I was able to get one a week or so ago at Mastermind Toys in St. Catherines. As well, they had the Minecraft sets.

By in United Kingdom,

I bought this from my local neighbourhood toyshop (Toys Galore in Edinburgh) so it isn't just large retailers that are stocking these.

I was very pleased because I hate going to Toys R Us!
