20% everything at Smyths Toys

Posted by ,

Smyths Toys is offering 20% off everything, including LEGO, from today until Monday. Our Smyths Quick Shopper shows what they stock, and have discounted already. The 20% discount is on top of any others, so there could be some bargains to be had. The offer is good online and in-store.

I'll probably go and grab the Friends and City Advent calendars, for £16 each.

Site just crashed also usual nonsense about 'items being out of stock' e.g. Deathstar and other high cost sets I'm interested in.

Leeds Crown Point retail park Smyths is huge and has nearly all sets. I ended up buying loads of series 10 and 11 minifigs - only £1.60 each!

^^^ My wallet started crying when I eyeballed the SSD..... Didn't even expect Smyths to have one .... After lots of mental and physical to-ing and fro-ing I eventually gave in to the LEGO demons! I've just sold about 300 CDs on eBay so the timing of the offer was spot on for me - been 'watching' the SSD for quite a while!

Friends calendar for daughter, City calendar for son and the Star Wars one for me. My wife didn't get anything ;-)

I have just managed to get a pet shop via the website when they didn't have any stock yesterday when I tried. Not sure if some of the other bigger sets have come back in stock too.

More items have come back in stock. I've was trying to get the pet shop all day Sunday, with no joy. Try again at 2:30 Monday morning, and voila! Still no sign of the technic crane re-appearing though. :(

Edit: the super star destroyer is back as well. Death Star isn't. Keep checking, and don't waste time if they do appear!

Thank you 20% off! I picked up the Town Square (60026) and my wife got the Pet Shop (10218) in Bristol on Saturday!! That's a £40 saving! Wish pay day was not tomorrow as I may have got more sets like the Garage/Car Park.

My local Smyths was a battle zone and many items there were either incorrectly priced or not priced at all. My wife picked up a Destinys Bounty for £16! and I bagged a Monster fighters Castle for £46. Would have liked to have gotten more but my wallet said no.
