Brickfête Montreal 2013 in one week

Posted by ,

While several LEGO fan conventions often get overlooked in the news, mostly until after the event, one of the largest conventions in Canada is taking place next weekend on the 23rd and 24th—Brickfête Montreal. The venue is a good 6,000 square feet, and each year I hear good things about the event. Unfortunately I've never been to this particular event, but for those who are nearby or have time to make a quick weekend travel, the venue is at Pierre Charbonneau Centre, Montreal, QC. Tickets are only $10 for adults and $5 for children.

By in Canada,

Isn't this the first year for Montreal? We have it each year in Toronto, but I'm pretty sure this is the first time Brickfete's had a second venue.

Yes, it's the first time in Montreal. By saying "one of the largest conventions in Canada", I was meaning Brickfête in general, and based on the venue's square footage. :-)
