In 1,224 sets, it's another quite versatile piece first released in 2011/12. I think this is the new pattern Huwbot's found. Better than the last one, at least.
A very useful part! Take a bow designer.
Word of advice, This is not a bow, nor is it a tie. I tried to wear it to a bow tie only gala, and I got kicked out.
To me this is the City bumper piece, often with plate sticker.
Well...right "shape"...but where do I put the the bowstring? For that matter, how do I nock the arrow?
Tried to play a violin with this, but the rosin wouldn't stick to well...

You guys got it all wrong, this is a telephone handset!
City speed humps...use these instead of tiles to smooth surfaces on aircraft, spaceships etc as far cheaper and gives interesting rippling effect.
It reminds me of telephone receiver :)

Welp, I just tried that too, and my Caesar salad is now on the floor…..
