By in Canada,

No thanks, guess I'll pass if this is the best they have to offer. I'd rather get 50%off sets I actually want instead of 30%off the sets/junk neither LegoCo nor I want. Maybe I'm just grumpy because it's not going to be a very good Boxing Day for me since Canadian retailers aren't really playing ball. I live on the west coast, so it's really no effort to check Lego.com at 9PM just in case something special appears... but the chances of that are almost as slim as hoping TRU Canada will put the entire Friends them on sale (which they haven't done, ever.)

By in United Kingdom,

Nothing unusual here, just stock that needs clearing. There were some nice sale items before Christmas anyway.

By in United States,

What happened to the good sales like the 8258 crane truck that I got for $75 and windmill transport for $30. Awesome deals then. Back in 2010?

I think LEGO sales are a waste of time, looks like nothing special on sale.
Anyway, I hope everybody had a great Christmas, I know I did! :)

Good deals ran out a few years ago. I remember these great offers - 50% off :) but now it's a joke not a deal. Can't wait for the next Boxing Day...in November.

By in Germany,

I was like "Just looking, you have everything you want...". But then came the Mini modular buildings for ~50€ and I couldn't resist. There goes my money again.

The sale has just gone live, and turns out that the list of items reduced by 30% is bigger than expected, so worth a look if you're looking for something.

To paraphrase Luke: "What a (bunch) of junk!"

By in Spain,

A number of 2014 sets are also live, mostly City, Lego movie, Ninjago and selected Star Wars, technic and other themes.

Some are fairly reasonable whilst others such as the smallest ninjago set, droid gunship and dragon are overpriced. The tri fighter is daylight robbery at £35 so I'm definitely sticking to my older one which I though was originally overpriced when released.

£2.50 for Lego movie figures concerns me as a possible hike for future collectable series meaning I'll be paying 25% more than previous collections a total of around £6.50 which is quite a lot.

By in Chile,

Awesome! Does anyone know if the new 2014 LEGO Star Wars sets will be available at the US Shop@Home tomorrow?

By in United States,

Thank goodness! It doesn't look like they are trying to get rid of a lot of Chima "sets" (not Speedorz) I got into this theme at the worst time...

By in United States,

Too bad it seems that we aren't getting many deals across the pond...

Checked through myself and even as a recent AFOL, nothing striking me.
