Brick Built Trees
A list of all sets containing brick-built trees. The goal of this list is to chart the history of brick-built trees in Lego sets over the years. This list excludes Basic Brick buckets and the 'pile of parts' Creator sets that merely suggest trees on the packaging as being possible. Also excluded are Seasonal Christmas tree polybags and the sets containing the segmented palm trees from Classic Pirates.

1. 6077: Forestmen's River Fortress
The Forestmen have built their fortress inside a large, black tree in a river setting.

2. 6071: Forestmen's Crossing
A year later, the Forestmen added a new fort built in the trees. This time with a rope bridge spanning a small stream printed to the baseplate.

3. 6054: Forestmen's Hideout

4. 6066: Camouflaged Outpost
1987s Camouflaged Outpost is the first set to feature a brick-built tree. It stands next to a stone enclosure the Forestmen use to hide their treasure.

6. 6020: Magic Shop

7. 6076: Dark Dragon's Den

9. 6552: Rocky River Retreat
I hesitated to include this set due to the fact the trees are merely prefab molds placed atop several brown door hinge parts but decided to include it in this list to better demonstrate the evolution of the brick-built tree in Lego sets.

11. 6046: Hemlock Stronghold

12. 6079: Dark Forest Fortress
