Just saying, they seem to have cut prices on all Toy Story as well!

Yeah! The AT-AT set is finally on par with its piece to price ratio! Along with the free shipping, this might convince me to get it! Thanks for the news!

I'm wondering whether to get the Slave I. I don't know if youses will respond in time, but if so, will I ever find it any cheaper than this ($62.99)?

The cheapest you can get the Slave 1 right now other than TRUS is on amazon for $63.84 w/ free 2 day shipping if you are a prime member. So I would say if you have a TRUS nearby, and want the slave 1, your getting it @ .11 a brick. which in my mind is a pretty good deal... I bought it off of amazon a few months ago when it was $64.99 so either way its a good deal I think. The AT-AT is also an excellent deal for only a little more than .10 a brick. Beats any price on Amazon by a large margin!

Why can't LEGO have sales like these instead of TRU? Like I said on the last sale, my b-day is a week from Monday. I'm not ending up with two of the same thing.

Target also has a few of the SW sets on sale, most around $5 off or so. The sets I recall were:

Tie Defender
Hoth Wampa Cave
Cad Bane Speeder

I'm sure there were others, but those were the ones that caught my eye. Perhaps they're being phased out?

Tie Defender at Target is actually 10 bucks off online

Slave I is $61.54 at Walmart.com. About the same price as everything else it seems, but technically cheaper.

@rifraphy : Slave 1 is a blistering 58 bucks on Amazon right now, and you will get free standard shipping with it as well!!!

I was at the local TRU by me and saw the sales before hearing about them online.. I could have gotten an At-AT, IF The Lego store was not doing double VIP points, as I will probably go up and get me a couple of Fire Brigades.. if they still have them in stock that is.

Thanks guys! I think I'll wait till later to buy the Slave I, though.

I had a memorable time buying my Slave I. It was a while back, and I didn't even want the set back then either. It's always been way too expensive for me, and for such a small set.

I was looking around the Target at some of the newer sets when I noticed they were having a 25% sale on random sets and Slave I was one of them. To me, it was still a rip off, but I grabbed it off the top shelf to take a look at it. Just as I went to reach for it, I saw a $10 coupon off on the Slave I. So I was like, no way. Starting doing some calculations in my head. It came down to like 55-60 dollars. So I was like, I have to have this now. The coupon was valid and I got it for like 62-64 dollars with tax.

I was sooooooooo happy. I never even wanted the set either, not until it was priced a lot better than what it was.

@vpustote: NICE find!!
I think Lego miscalculated (to say the least) on the price of the Slave 1... Most places seem to be saling it for around 60 dollars for it to sell so I wonder if this means Lego may ACTUALLY see the light and lower prices... ehhhh... maybe not...

I got the Hero Factory Stormer 2.0 on sale yesterday for 7.99 (as opposed to TRU's 8.99 retail). Not sure what that means, but just thought I'd post FYI
