Want to know when sets are added to LEGOshop.com but don't want to visit it every day? I now have the solution: Subscribe to one of Brickset's new RSS feeds.

If you're using FireFox or Internet Explorer, click on the RSS icon RSS icon on the toolbar to view and subscribe to them. If you're using another RSS reader, the feed URLs are:

Let me know if you find them useful. I might add others for 'sales and deals' soon.

Wow thanks a TON Huw that is REALLY REALLY helpful! I go there EVERYDAY to see when the new Lego sets come out! It wears me out to go there ALL of the time because I don't EVER know when new sets come out(except for the Indy sets)! Thanks again Huw!

Thanks a ton, Huw. That's how I used to find out about upcoming lego sets before I found brickset. Now, the two have been combined. YAY! But, Huw, I have one question, are the subscriptions free?

Posted by Dannyboy94 in United States, 09 May 2008 23:27

Awesome! you should do the sales and deals to that would be really helpful

That's great! But I wonder how do you get the update news in LEGOshop.com since I don't find rss link in that page?

Posted by matzoman4, 10 May 2008 04:07

This is great, now I don't have to check it frequently.
P.S. This isn't supposed to be off topic but it shows the mars mission summer sets as available. Is this true or just a fault. plz reply

Posted by Huw in United Kingdom, 10 May 2008 07:05

I believe the MM sets will be on LEGOshop.com next week. They are showing up in some stores arleady.

Posted by Luke Skytalker in New Zealand, 10 May 2008 15:14

What stores? How does lego get to stores before lego itself?

Posted by Leggodt94 in United States, 10 May 2008 22:34

Well, I'm not subscribing until a know if it is free or not! HUW?!?

Posted by BlackRabbit in Canada, 10 May 2008 22:44

GOOD!

Posted by Huw in United Kingdom, 11 May 2008 03:26

Yes, of course it's free. Read this excellent article if you're unsure what RSS is: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/help/3223484.stm

Posted by silverdagger7, 11 May 2008 13:37

Thanks Huw! I don't get it though. i mean, what do i do with the link? I don't have one of those wavy-orange-buttons, so i'm not sure what i'm supposed to do... help Anyone? :)

Posted by Luke Skytalker in New Zealand, 11 May 2008 14:55

On my laptop, it's on the right to the tab buttons. There is a picture of a house, the wavy orange button, a printer, a sheet of paper that says "Page" and then a cog that says "Tools." Keep looking around for the button, and if you can't find it then I suggest you get a new computer.

Yes, Huw, this is extremely valuable to me. I would appreciate a "Sales & Deals RSS feed even more.

Thank you!
Dominic

Good idea, Dominic Gruetzmacher. But if you want coupons for S@H you can use this link:
http://www.retailmenot.com/view/lego.com
And it has an option to get emails whenever a new coupon is added. Also, I reckon it is far more likely that I will hear from Brickset before I check my emails.

Posted by iabstract in United States, 13 May 2008 13:27

Dude, this rules. Especially having both US and UK feeds, since each gets some sets before the other. Thanks a TON.

Posted by Fighter95 in United States, 21 May 2008 13:50

Could someone please explain to me what this is and how I do it?

Posted by Luke Skytalker in New Zealand, 21 May 2008 14:57

Do you use Internet Explorer to veiw this page or Firefox? I have both, but I use Explorer. I don't think it matters which you use but anyway...
Try to find an icon that looks exactly like the one from the article.
It will be orange because it has picked up new feed thingies. (Usually it is grey when there are no feed thingies for it to detect).
You can click on it and select which feed you want.
Then you shall be aware of when a new set is added to S@H.

BTW a sales and deals should be more helpful.
