Coinciding with the release of the 2nd half sets, LEGO has made a further reduction to some of their sale items. Toy Story sets and some LEGO games are 40% off. Unfortunately there's currently not a free shipping promotion, but if you're fortunate enough to live near a LEGO brand store, you should be able to find these items in stock, as well.

The Prince of Persia sets -- which contain some excellent parts -- have not been reduced further yet, but I'll be on the lookout and update when they do (if there's any left after I buy them).

Woody's Round Up and Contruct a Buzz sold out fairly quick.

Oops, I had my browser open since this morning and didn't notice Woody's Roundup was gone. I didn't think it would go that quickly, but I suppose I've been spoiled by the glut of recent B&M store clearances with 50% or more savings.

I might've bought Woody's Roundup but I too thought it would be around longer. I saw the deals late last night and didn't feel like waking my dad up so I figured it could wait since it wasn't 50% off. I still think it's strange since it's an item that has been cleared out of most stores (expecially in the States) and remained discounted on Lego.com yet sold out within half a day on roughly 40% off. Well I'm not too upset... at least that's what I'm currently telling myself.

At around lunch I decided to buy the Garbage Truck Getaway because of what happened to Woody's Roundup. I figured waiting for that extra $5 price drop might cost me a nice discounted set. All in all it wasn't a bad deal having bought the two heavily marked down magnet sets and recieving a FREE ADU Soldier.

Hopefully Lego will wise up and mark down the other sets soon. I'm happy to pay shipping on multiple orders if it means getting one or two more ADU Soldiers.

I had picked up two of the Fight for the Dagger (7571) at my local TRU when they put them on sale for $19.99 CAN. I'm kind of surprised that the PoP and Toy Story sets are still so high in price.

Wow , are Prince of persia sets allready discounted in America, i have yet to see them come available in most stores here in Belgium. And those few that i've seen are far above the american price of course :(. Where are the times that you had 3 years to get a particular set you wanted, nowadays it feels like sets are only available for a few months.
