I think there are many more populous areas of the UK that LEGO will consider before, say, Norwich or Peterborough, so don't hold your breath...

I almost fell off my chair when I read this news article. This is great news but at the same time not so great. It's great because this store is much closer to me. It's bad because I'm going to be living at the LEGO store from now on. I've said it before and I'll say it again: LEGO always finds new and exciting ways to part me from my money. If LEGO hired me they can rest assured that my pay is really just a loan as I'd be using it to buy more LEGO.

This is good news, even though it's no where near me. The closest one to me is still in Calgary, 8 hours away from my Regina, Sask. home. It's worth the drive though!!!

It's always great to have more Lego stores in Canada. Hopefully Lego can work on fixing the outrageous prices they charge us. I don't see why sets here need to cost $5 to $40 more than in the US. Especially when our dollar is around parity, if not better than the US dollar.

@Kacurot- I agree with you, the canadian dollar is worth more, so why not lower the prices here so we dont have to make the drive to the states to pick it up, but at least theres more lego stores coming to canada, just need one is niagara falls, toronto is a 2 hour drive for me, but whatever, its worth it, glad to hear the news.

Nice to know I'll only have to make about a 20-minute commute on the bus now, instead of 2+ HOUR commute. =)

@Orgre: Same here.

With a third Assistant manager position available, there's rumour of a third store opening in the Eaton Centre.
