dont let this deal on 7066 pass you up, either on amazon or TRU.

$63 for a truly an awesome set makes it spectacular!
Probably has a permanent home in my display case.

^ I thought the TRU sale finished on the 8th October ? If so, I'd fully expect the Amazon.com prices to return to their previous levels when the TRU promotion is over, so if you're planning on grabbing anything from TRU or Amazon then don't leave it too long...

this weeks sale does end Oct 8th. Don't know what other sales will be, so don't wait to but what you want at 30% off now.
Also look for catalog in mail, mine acme with $10 off $50 starting the 7th, so I will be using it Saturday.
I am certain Amazon will shoot back to normal after TRU sale ends.

Darn! Thanks @DrDaveWatford and @ncbarret. I got the King's Carriage Ambush on sale to get the bricktober figure for this week and planned to get the Mill Village Raid next week for the next figure, but since the sale ends before the next week I'll have to try to return the first set and get the Mill. Good thing I managed to resist the temptation to open and build it...

These deals at Amazon are obviously an effort to match the deals at Toys R Us. I've been furiously searching for information on TRU's deals for the second week of Bricktober!!! Anyone know anything???

^ Check for the weekly ad on the Toys R Us website on Saturday. It might not appear until late in the day. You might have time to order one of this week's sales while already knowing what next week's sales will be.

I really hope TRU has another group of sets discounted 30% for next week.

I got the 7965 Millennium Falcon at TRU and used the Rewards R Us bonus savings in-store coupon for $10 off a $75 purchase, so it was basically $94.99. Now it is hidden away for Christmas. That coupon was due to expire on 10/6 and I have another that is valid starting 10/7, so I will try to get 7066 Earth Defense HQ for 30% off plus something else to get to $75. Oh, and I got the Ninja Princess magnet.

My local TRU was out of falcons, so I promptly grabbed the amazon deal yesterday. It'll be interesting to see if the amazon price goes back up tomorrow.
