Huw, can you tell from the instructions if Lloyd is with the Ninja's? I'm getting confused with Lord and Lloyds loyalty :P

Google Youtube Ninjago rise of the snakes and watch a couple of episodes. Lloyd is definitely not with the Ninja's at least not at first (as far as I have watched).

Looking at the prices,
All the dino sets are reasonably priced except the HQ which should rightfully be £74.99

Creator sets are just right

Cars smaller sets are priced ok however the bigger ones should be cheaper

Apart from Lex pow, the super heroes are over priced. Cat woman should £10, batwing £30, HQ £60

Ninjago sets are priced ok.

City vehicles priced right.

Police forest are priced ok although the big set should really be £50 and the fire setsbare priced ok too.

No sign of star wars yet. Overall, I'd call it a mixed bag of set prices.

@itsaturkey: Lloyd starts out with the snakes, then joins the ninjas and becomes one of them (the green one). In this set, it looks like he's still on the dark side though.

Why do Lego price licensed stuff more $34.99 should equal £29.99, not. Were paying more than the us.

I saw Dino and Batman sets at our local all-in-one supermarket a couple days ago. Nothing I can't live without sadly. It's ok, there's still 2 big boxes under the tree and one coming with the in-laws to shake!

Anyone noticed that the small HF heroes and villains are £7? Also, westfield Shepard's Bush has stocked the sets!

The Rattlecopter is by Adrian Florea not me! I did a few Ninjago sets though - I've updated my Bricklist to show all the sets I've worked on - for those who care. Glad to hear everyone is enjoying our work!

Mark, Jay's Storm fighter is really neat. I really like the technique for the wing opening. The only thing I had a problem with was the rubber band did not have enough tension and the wings didn't really open at all, so I had to improvise and put a tighter one in. Did you find this to be an issue?

Posted by Nabii in Denmark, 24 Dec 2011 20:57

No, it was fine during development, if I thought there was an issue I would have put in a smaller blue band. I did have to double up for the TV shoot, but this was because it was a glued model and stuck a bit. I hope it doesn't effect your enjoyment too much. Thanks for buying it.

I agree with you Huw, the Rattlecopter is really cool! I still hate Lloyd, though.

@Nabii, thanks for the clarification and also the BrickList. It would be great if all designers maintained them!
