I wonder if they get a 2009 set that the US didn't....

Allmost all the 2009 sets are available in Norway.

This is good news. I'll be on the look out if any Aussie 2009 sets appear in Toy World and David Jones, as I'm going to both them and Target and K Mart today. ;)

Nothing to report from New Zealand apart from 8014 Clone Battle Pack and 8015 Assassin Droids - both available from Kmart.

We did get a 2009 catalogue before Christmas though. That has got to be a first as it's normally February or later before the catalogues appear.

I hail from Melbourne, and I just found and bought the Republic Attack Shuttle and Armoured Assault Tank. Both are awesome, and I'm eagerly awaiting the new Pirates and the second wave of Indiana Jones!

I didn't really report this when I first noticed but legoshop.com for the aus site has upped their prices on a couple of their items after a few months of their initial release price. Example - Taj Mahal 10189 initial release price $399.95 now $499.95. VW Beetle $149.95 now $199.95. Green Grocer (first few day's price) $149.95 - yes you are reading this right 149.95. Death Star 10188 $399.95 (first few day's price), gone up to $599.95 prior to 2009 and now $699.95. All prices in AUD.

Same here (NZ), it seems lego have adjusted the price points for quite a few of their sets, Taj Mahal has increased by a third, cafe corner has been reduced by a third, and perhaps most shockingly, they've doubled the price of road plates. The international currencies have been all over the place for the last few months so perhaps they've decided they need to redo their prices. It's a little demoralising seeing a set increase by a third though...

Some sets have arrived in Adelaide at BigW - new Creator sets with mini-fig, Clone trooper battle packs and City Crane.
No sign of other sets at this point but these are the problems with living in a back water.
