LEGOLAND Windsor hotelI've posted some pictures of the hotel's reception and bar/restaurant areas on flickr to give you an idea of what it's like. Check out Dr. Sinister's photos as well, as he photographed some things that I didn't.

I won't say much about it here other than that it looked absolutely fantastic, just as good as the hotel in Billund and I'm certain that staying there with youngsters would be great fun and they'd thoroughly enjoy it.

Unfortunately my girls are 17 and 19 now so I don't think they'd be interested, but I'm sure I'll find some excuse to take the Mrs. there one day...

Make sure you check out the photos of the framed collectable minifigs. What a great idea! I might have a go at that myself.

Ooh, I didn't notice the framed CMFs, very nice, I might copy that too.

How were these frames connected to the wall? I'm quite tall so may be able to slide one under my shirt ;)
I hope they make more of these across the country. Or at least expand some of there stores to make room for areas like this.
It's such a shame Windsor is too far for me :(

It's not a Pizza place, is it? If so, are Pepper and The Brickser there?

Booked to stay in the LEGO hotel for a couple of nights during the easter hols with my partner and 2 boys, the excitement levels are rising by the day (and that's just me), showing these photos to the family will send them into overdrive.

Love the table cloths, no doubt i will have to bring at least one of them home.

^ Heehee, I got one of the tablecloths! For my nephews, I hasten to add.... oh, who am I kidding? Need the practice on colouring in, it's just so darn hard to stay in the lines... :D

I never knew about LEGO hotels and restaurants, these are really cool!

Also that framed collectible mini-figure idea is genius, though since I only have one set of each I'd rather use them than lose them.

Would i ever love to get my hands on those shadowbox frames... Anyone have any ideas where one could find such a set up???

The best part of the CMF frames is actually the background image from each of the bag/box colors.
