Man these look pretty sweet. Except I wish they kept the original Protocal Driod torso design instead of the new cartoonish one. The Hulk minifigure is AWESOME! they should of used this instead of the oversized mold.

Posted by The Reviewer in United States, 02 Apr 2012 19:24

Too bad the Hulk minifigure promotion start May 16th (I'am happen to be in a area where they have lego store and the last day I will be there is the 15th)

Love the hulk but can't get him!

Posted by 18000pieces in United States, 02 Apr 2012 19:34

The Hulk minifigure is very nice! The oversized one is great for comics and movie accuracy, but this one looks like the Ferigno Hulk, which is a nice option to have. And @The Reviewer, look at the small print on that calendar - "Offer valid only in LEGO stores OR at shop.LEGO.com"!

Also, you might want to correct the article - it says the hulk figure is available with "a $75 purchase" when the image clearly states with a $50 purchase.

I actually think that this version of the Hulk is better than the one they currently have...

Posted by The Reviewer in United States, 02 Apr 2012 19:43

^@18000pieces Look I can't buy on Lego shop.com (well I'll try anyway) but the nearest Lego store from me is over an hour drive and gas prices are getting worse so I have no options :( I know this is off-topic but what happend to the bar that had the Online now and it had all the users on brickset?

Posted by LegoKitfisto15 in United States, 02 Apr 2012 19:43

This is great news! I've always wanted a TC-14 minifigure. It looks great and with the UCS R2-D2 coming out around this time, it's a perfect time to get it. :)

Posted by Thomson & Thompson in Canada, 02 Apr 2012 19:56

TC-14 is great. It looks like he'll go down in history with the likes of white Boba Fett and chrome Darth Vader.

Posted by Margot in United States, 02 Apr 2012 20:13

ooooh, TC-14 is awesome!

Posted by legoninja0701 in United States, 02 Apr 2012 20:14

wow! i love the hulk minifig!

Posted by Carnigee77 in United States, 02 Apr 2012 20:20

Hmmm.... The collectible minifigures come out in May, 16 at 3$ a piece = 48$... 2 more dollars and you'll have the Hulk too! How long do these figures usually last before they sell out?

Posted by Ultrabuilder in United States, 02 Apr 2012 20:33

@Carnigee77: It usually takes a week to two weeks for them to sell out (from personal experience). It varies in location. But I would definitely go the first few days the deal starts.

Posted by WolfboyTheMasterofTheSword in United States, 02 Apr 2012 20:45

Glitch,Glitch amount of Awesomeness expanding. TO MANY LEGO REALEASES THIS YEAR AND NOW THIS! breaking down. *Powers on* Destroy Humanity....

Posted by dragon_teenager in United States, 02 Apr 2012 21:00

Getting the Hulk minifigure should be easy when I order the Quinjet. :D

Posted by TBOC in United States, 02 Apr 2012 21:05

What? Dang it, it's like a month before I get the Malevolence and Gungan Sub... this is... ergh. The one time I could actually get a promo... they have to screw it up. I don't like this.

Posted by the_real_indy in United States, 02 Apr 2012 21:22

On a related note, do we know which brick-and-mortar store is getting the exclusive Spider Man set yet?

Posted by deathwatch in Hong Kong, 02 Apr 2012 21:25

WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE UNITED STATES? WHERE'S THE UK PROMO? sad....

Posted by Legolover9531 in United States, 02 Apr 2012 22:57

Getting TC-14 will be no problem thanks to the UCS R2-D2. As for Hulk, hopefully the Spiderman set will be out by then (I have the other Marvel from Walmart). If not, I'll have to buy for buildable figures.

Posted by gman13579 in United States, 02 Apr 2012 23:27

agree with Legolover9531. UCS R2-D2 here I come. annnd TC-14

Posted by The Reviewer in United States, 02 Apr 2012 23:27

Is the Hulk For Superheroes set purchases only? it doesn't quite say exactly.

Posted by homelesshomie in United States, 02 Apr 2012 23:43

cool i might wait to buy the hulk's Hellicarrier breakout set till then so i can get both Hulk's figures at same time.

Posted by namioik in United States, 03 Apr 2012 00:27

@The Reviewer: Unlike the Star Wars promo, you're clear to get any theme set

Posted by The Reviewer in United States, 03 Apr 2012 00:46

What are days is the TC-14 avaible? If you notice there is some small print, but I can't tell if it says 4th-5th or 4th-8th

Posted by jengafett in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 01:14

TC-14 is going to be very VERY rare!

Posted by jengafett in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 01:17

I actually think that if lego gives out a keychain with a £50 (or $59.99?) order it will not sell as well as with a real lego figure or small set!

Posted by comandercody654 in United States, 03 Apr 2012 01:17

They look cool but are the minifigures going to be of chinese origin like the Kendo Jay promo was?

Posted by legomatt in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 02:06

You know what, i actually think they MIGHT have meant to do a gold 3P0, but did it silver by accident, and said oooh, wait, we can just call it TC-14... or they didn't like how the sliver 3-P0 looked, and gave it the alt name.

Posted by monkeyhanger in France, 03 Apr 2012 03:05

Will the UK also get the TC-14 for a May 4th buy? Howay Lego - sort yourselves out! 30% higher cost than the USA and (probably) no decent promo figure? A crappy keychain just won't cut it. I'd buy UCS R2D2 on May 4th for this, but if no decent promo is available i'll just wait until somewhere is selling it cheaper than RRP (like one of the European Amazon sites).

Posted by Natotron1979 in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 03:39

These both look amazing. I agree that the Hulk is superior to the oversized one. TC-14? legen....(wait for it)..dary!

Posted by lippidp in United States, 03 Apr 2012 04:20

No sale. I need double VIP points and 10% off to even consider buying anything. I must be one of the few that don't really care about minifigs.

Posted by goldfish in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 04:42

Waiting to see what the deal is for UK. Will be very unhappy if other territories are ignored again.

Posted by bigospedros in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 05:36

Maybe one of the Lego Ambassadors here can try to find out if this will come to the UK ? I truely hope so ...

Posted by woony2 in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 05:36

Just look TC-14 up, turns out it's a female robot.

Posted by Cam'n'Stu in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 05:42

Yes, come on LEGO, don't forget Europe this time!

Posted by xcrossx in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 06:15

Didn't we have the same last year with the Shadow ARF Trooper or did America get something better?
If we don't get these figures then that is a complete liberty! I will be writing a stiff letter to Lego, a very stiff letter.
On Cardboard!

Posted by Nesquik in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 07:05

Has the Store Calendar for April been released on the net yet?

Posted by Jrad in Australia, 03 Apr 2012 07:21

can you get these in australia

Posted by voypro in United States, 03 Apr 2012 14:58

huh, I figured it would be that Darth Maul pollybag figure

Posted by Legozrool in United States, 03 Apr 2012 15:35

Does $75 include shipping and tax or not

Posted by legocrazy1234 in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 16:14

Lets hope we get them both here as they will be stupid money on ebay etc.

Posted by GothamConstructionCo in United Kingdom, 03 Apr 2012 16:28

Why only the states????? Will we see them over here any where other than ebay?????

Posted by blazetrooper501 in United States, 03 Apr 2012 18:08

Cant wait for TC-14 I will be getting him with the UCS R2-D2 so happy.

Posted by LukeSkywalker in Ireland, 03 Apr 2012 18:28

^TC-14 is a "her". :) She's the female protocol droid that greets Qui Gon Jinn and Obi Wan Kenobi on board the Trade Federation ship at the start of The Phantom Menace.

Posted by BrianOg in France, 04 Apr 2012 02:46

strange that we don't get a deal this year, we had a nice one last year with the black trooper fellas.

Posted by Legozrool in United States, 04 Apr 2012 09:40

Can't wait 4 TC-14 it will be a great addition to my collection :)

Posted by Yoda 56 in United States, 04 Apr 2012 14:23

I really want TC-14!

Posted by Gioppa in United Arab Emirates, 04 Apr 2012 17:09

Ok,here in the europe,we have a bag instead of that cool minifig...what is that kind of racism??we don't spend too much?

Posted by bill.berardi in United States, 04 Apr 2012 18:40

Ive been waiting to buy some sets from recent releases and this just encourages me to wait just that much longer! :) Does anyone know if the figs are available when you purchase from an official lego store or is it only off online orders? We are just getting a store here at the end of the month and i cant wait!! :)

Posted by Leggo my LEGO in Canada, 04 Apr 2012 20:18

I am in Canada. If I order some LEGO Star Wars off shop.lego.com (worth 75 of course) I will get TC-14 right?

Posted by BrianOg in France, 05 Apr 2012 02:53

^^ go to the online shop, put enough stuff in your basked and the gift should magically appear. If it doesn't appear, it probably means you're not eligible

Posted by bigospedros in United Kingdom, 05 Apr 2012 04:57

@Gioppa ... I think you misunderstand ... this deal is for May ... the tote bag deal is for April and is happening in Europe and the US

All we are missing is a preview of the store calendars for Europe for May ... only those will confirm whether we get this deal too. I'm hoping we will, but I'd like that confirmed asap.

Posted by Legozrool in United States, 05 Apr 2012 20:12

Is there a promo code?

Posted by ShatteredGnome in United States, 12 Apr 2012 19:30

I"m really interested in the silver TC-14 minifig given that I missed out on K-3PO in the Hoth Rebel Base set I never bought back in 2007, plus this looks way cooler with the new printed design and coloured eyes. I'm going to have to decide whether I want to spend $75 directly through LEGO or just get sets on sale from Amazon, though. The minifig could be worth it...

TC-14 has shown up on brickshelf, at least in bags: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=5437736

I really like the Hulk fig as well, that's a great idea, will have to consider both of these offers. I'm somewhat glad that I've waited to get most of the Star Wars and Super Heroes sets so far.

Anyone know if Hulk is just with Marvel purchase, or do DC sets factor in as well? Or is it any $50 purchase, not just Super Heroes?

Why can I post stuff on here if the story's outdated? This isn't right...
