out of all the Lego video games Lego star wars II The original Trilogy is my all time favorite. But this does look intresting.

I wish they had done a Marvel game. I mean, doing another Batman game seems a bit repetitive, especially since they covered all the movies in the last game (I think) It'd have been awesome to fly Iron Man around or fling Cap's shield around or have some powerup that turns regular human hulk into the green giant. Still, I look forward to seeing the details of this game (And see what the new talking minifigs are like :P

I can't wait for another Lego game, but having the characters talk...that's just horrible! Silent humor is one of the Lego games key components. Adding talking is like adding Dance Central to a Star Wars game! (Oh wait!) I'm not very happy with this decision.

Does anyone know if there will be a version of the Batman game that comes with a set or minifigure? I know there was a Lex Luthor figure with an Australian pre-order version, but has anyone heard about anything similar for the UK? Thanks a lot.

^ It means playing a little bit of a game, legally, of course, before it is realeased.

The only exclusive is the lex luther minifigure, it is actually a Game Stop / EB games exclusive to people who pre-order the game.

I know this is both in the US and Australia.........

@itsaturkey: You assume that LEGO will not do a Marvel Video game. I believe they locked up the Batman line first (in my memory serves me) and that is why the DC game is out first. I'm guessing they are working on it and will be out by Christmas.. but that is just a guess, but makes sense to take advantage of Avengers going to Blu-Ray/DVD and Christmas.

I cannot wait for this game, I hope it is like SW Complete Trilogy as that had a LOT of playability in it. I hope this, being with DC superheroes as well, also is robust enough to keep my attention for a while. (Though I still need to finish Potter 5-7)

I am quite surprised there is no Avengers Lego game being released to coincide with the film. That would have been great. Let's hope there will be one in future...

^^5-7 is fun. I got through it, but didn't look in every nook and cranny for minikits... :P

^ Im through it, but now want to unlock everything..
It just seemed that this time is was A LOT more work than previous LEGO games (not sure why it feels that way to me though)

^^: Again I'm guessing LEGO will have a game for Avengers, probably to coincide with the Blu-ray/DVD release or again it will be a general Marvel super heroes Game...
