    What looks to be an excellent addition to the ever-increasing number of Dorling Kindersley LEGO books has been revealed on the DK website.

    It's scheduled for release in September.

Looks like some thought has gone into this book from the images on DK's website. At £16.98 i may hold out for a discount, if i can wait that long that is :o)

It looks like the villain Hush will be in the video game at Gotham General. I wonder if we'll see an actual minifig?

the minifig in bottom right corner it is batman in his electro suit from the new video game. It says electro below that minifig.

it is the electro suit batman, seen here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrGVbt-Qmb8&feature=related at 1:08. This is one of batman's other costumes he uses in the new lego batman 2 video game.

Looks very impressive from the previews on the website. I love DK books, the quality never fails to impress.

Though this particular book may serve to pine after the older Batman sets even more, which isn't a good road to start down...

Well Im guessing LEGO halted new DC sets because of making Marvel sets in time for the Avengers
Im also guessing you will see new sets for Batman in time for The Dark Knight Rises.

But I agree, these new sets for Batman are starting to look a bit more junior-ized than the older sets.
I hope this is not a trend that is going to continue or otherwise you could have a repeat of the late 90s.
