Related to Marvel Heroes news, Lego shop@home (In Canada, assuming US) has finally listed the Spider-Man set. It's available tomorrow for $39.99 CDN, 295 pieces. Not too bad.

I found one at a TRU in Louisville Kentucky yesterday. There was only the one and the only way I got it was that someone had picked it up and put it down away from it's place on the shelf. Additionally, I saw all the new SW sets there as well. I am guessing all of these are shipping at the same time and most people should be seeing them soon in the states.

Yesterday, I called my local TRU, the associate said 30163 is in stock. I can come any time to pick it up

Guess what

I went to my local TRU this morning with my sons before head to the theater. nothing on the shelves and then i ask the associate said she didn't know anything and then a would be manager stay in and said, "oh, that item is not suppose to put on shelves until July 29th.

So I just tell him. then why TRU web site show it can purchase at store and his associate told me to come in anytime

I just don't want to argue since I need to rush to Theater with my boys to watch Ice Age 4

They had the Thor poly in my local TRU about a week or more ago. Just a couple...but today I saw at least 20 or more on the rack. Also they offered a free Batman boat poly with $20/purchase but I guess they all sold out of 'em.
The Thor poly at the Rego Mall Queens is $5.99...and they still have their great prices like Jabba's Palace for $174 bucks....ugh.

i would ony buy this for the cosmic cube and the thing that holds the cube i dont want thor i already own hime from the Quinjet. But i will defenintly check TRU.
