    Kmart stores in Australia are having a ‘buy 1 toy get the 2nd toy at 50% off sale‘. Sale starts Thursday 26th Nov and ends Sunday 29th Nov. Be sure to look for those sets that Kmart has on clearance for even more savings. The following sets have been reduced to the following prices:

    • Trolls Mountain Fortress #7097: AU$80
    • Crystal Sweeper #896:1 AU$45
    • Crawler Crane #7632:  AU$40
    • Technic Hauler #8264:  AU$45
    • Republic Dropship #10195:  AU$150
    • Fighter Plane Attack #7198:  AU$50

    There may be other sets on clearance as well.

    Update for NZ Bricksetters: Kmart stores in New Zealand are having the same promotion but the second toy is 60% off. (Grahame)

Star Wars Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser #8039 has also been added to the clearance list but the Price isn't as reduced as the other sets mentioned and is currently AU$165.

At Kmart Campbelltown there is a Millenium Falcon 10179 UCS for $200 Australian if my sources are correct. only one though.

Well the bargains are out there, So far I have managed to pickup 2 Troll Mountain Fortress's (7097) for AU$120 :-) and 2 Technic Haulers(8264) for AU$67.50.
Other items on clearance are Y-Wing 8037 AU$55, City Bulldozer 7685 AU$35, Combine Harvester 7636 AU$33 and Space Police Galactic Enforcer 5974 for AU$99.

Dropships were $AUD150 at my K-Mart (Sydney). Still can't complain!

Indy Venice Chases were also $AUD40 but oddly not marked clearance.

Sorry Guys, my Bad you are correct the Dropship is currently AU$150. If your lucky enough to find 2 in the same store that will give you some great savings.

I went to K-Mart at Warriewood in Sydney and they had none of the sets mentioned for clearance this morning, but I did get the 2nd toy at %50 off for some Technics..

I've checked the K-marts in Hornsby, Parramatta and Bankstown in Sydney. None of them have 10195 in store :(

Not K-mart but Toys 'r' us is selling 8709-1: Underground Mining Station for $60. normally $99.

it looks like this set is maybe exclusive to toys 'r' Us. I picked up mine at the Hurstville store.

I have checked K-Mart at Glendale, Kotara and Waratah (Newcastle), none of them have Republic Dropship #10195 in stock. For that matter, none of them had Trolls Mountain Fortress #7097 either!
I did notice that ALL three stores had #8039 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser in stock. Point of fact, that was the only kit from the mark down list that any of these stores had.

If any actually sees a K-Mart with Millenium Falcon #10179 UCS in stock, could you please let me know. I really want one, but the cost of OS shipping is plain rude.

I too have been to several Kmart's and not all of them are stocking everything on the list, but that is what Kmart has or had on clearance, in a perfect world it would be great to walk in and find the complete list sitting in the one store.
I went to 2 stores in Perth yesterday and only got half of what I thought I would get after checking the stores the day before the sale. By the time I got around to the stores that had stock from the list the sets were gone and with the prices they had on them you can understand why.

i think there is a Millenium Falcon #10179 UCS in Kmart campelltown Sydney for $200. though it might be in storage.

I did call them on Thursday, as far as I know they only checked the floor stock when they did. I'll have to give them another call and double check. Thanks :)
