Sorry everyone. I seem to have messed up on the promo code this is why you are receiving an error message. Please give me 10 min and I should get this fixed. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you, Jack.

Is it also possible to order if you live in The Netherlands? Or are the shippingcosts a dealbreaker?

Posted by chowrentoys.com in Canada, 27 Nov 2012 12:46

I've fixed the problem. Unfortunately you will need to use a new promo code: 8099BrickS. Please remember to use the link from Brickset so they can get the referral fees from us. My deepest apologies to everyone for my screw up. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Jack.

^That one works, checkout completed, thanks much chowrentoys!

@crazytaxi we will ship to Netherlands. For one shipping will be $21.70 by First Class Mail ( 3 to 4 weeks, up to 60 days due to customs delays), $41.30 by Priority Mail ( 6 to 10 business days) or $50.45 by Express Mail ( 5 business days). If you buy 2 it will be $32.52, $44.35 or $55.15. If you buy 3 it will be too heavy for First Class Mail so it will have to go by Priority or Express Mail for $51.45 or $65.55. If you would like to see the rates you just need to add the set to your cart and go through the check out process and the shipping options will show up. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you require further assistance. Thank you, Jack.

Hi Jack, thanks for the info! I gonna think about it (I know not too long)...

Posted by Vortex in Pakistan, 27 Nov 2012 14:01

$25 + 12 ( shipping). I placed an order with amazon instead ,costing $37.99 A couple dollars over but I trust the service enough to pay the slight difference.

Must add that that they are selling at a phenomenal speed already. When I placed my order they had 10 in stock. Checked now 20 mins later and it says " 1 in stock "

Well, this isn't the kind of promo I thought you were hinting at, chowren.... But it's great for the people who are in to Midi-scale.

I own this set and that is a great price. I wish they made more midi sets. Easy on the wallet and easier to display

We have less than 18 left so a big thanks to everyone for supporting this promotion. I should make a quick note regarding domestic shipping. The initial shipping for one set is about $10 to $12 depending on location, but it is only about $0.50 extra for each additional set. What I am trying to get at is the more you buy the cheaper each set becomes so if you can get a friend or family to go in on the promotion with you the set will be about $30 each shipped.
@Starwarsgeek500 this is just one of the Star Wars promotion we are planning to run on Brickset. 8099 just happen to be the set that we were able to get a deal on first. We are currently working on another Star War set so hopefully we can get that promo going before the end of the holiday season. Thank you, Jack.

Don't forget we still have our promotion on Brickarms: Custom Xperimental Series Weapons Pack at 20% off. Just use the promo code: Bricksxpac to get the discount.
