Colruyt France are now selling the 2013 Friends Sets. I managed to pick up 41003: Olivia's Newborn Foal. Other sets were also available. They have also discounted many of the 2012 sets.

My Wal-Mart has one 2013 set, 41007 for $29.97.

Dreamland Belgium (part of the Colruyt group) sells them also (all the 2013 friends sets btw)

The Star Wars, Friends, Ninjago and City sets are sold in Holland now.
