    Advent day 22Today's City window contains a sledge trailer by the looks of things. Not much use on its own, but presumably it will become apparent what it's for in the next two days.

    Advent day 22The Friends calendar has another seasonal model today. It's interesting that every time a Christmas tree appears in an Advent Calendar, LEGO 'reinvents the wheel' and redesigns it. I don't remember seeing one quite like this before.

    Advent day 22The Star Wars calendar contains a nice micro Sith Interceptor. There's not much one can fault with it given the scale. This will be the last surprise in the SW calendar, since we all know what's coming in the next couple of days, don't we? :-)

    City -- 6, might be useful, we'll have to wait and see...
    Friends -- 8, great tree.
    Star Wars -- 8, faultless micro-model.

I like the sled and the Christmas Tree, but not so much the Sith Intercepter. I think the intercepter deserves only a 6.

According to the box the City sled is a two part model, so that's means tomorrow is the other half then (surprise!) Santa.

^^ I disagree - my little boy built the Sith Infiltrator this morning and I was impressed with how good it looked; same goes for the recent General Grievous Starfighter model - very nicely designed I thought.

The Sith Infiltrator is great in my opinion, and a lovely end to a superb set of mini ships. For me the list of the Star Wars mini models this year goes (from best to worst and with my ratings):

Naboo Starfighter (10)
General Grievous' Starfighter (10)
Vulture Droid Starfighter (9)
Sith Infiltrator (9)
Gungan Sub (8)
Flash Speeder (7)
Neimoidian Shuttle (7)

Overall, actually a strong set of models, despite the odd mishap along the way...

I hooked the sledge trailer onto the back of the quad using the handcuff type thingys I got. It works great.

I think the Friends tree is a lot like the City one we had earlier. The top was square for city and is round for Friends and the star piece is different, but otherwise they're the same.

Looking at the box there's a lot left for the last two days in the City calendar; presents, sleigh, Santa...

The sled is just weird.

The tree is awesome. Looks like a City Calendar one from a few years ago, with minor changes. The City one had yellow "lights", instead of red, a pyramid cone instead of the round one, and a magic wand for it's star. The starfish as a star is great.

I would have the same comment as jaineyj for the trailer. Lego is supposed to make us creative, don't just follow the picture. Yes, the trailer can be hooked to the quad. Look back on this calendar from a kid's point of view, Lego made a great work this year as every single window is playable with what the kid got before. Even day 10, brickset put a 1 because of useless tires in the windows, but a kid had a mechanic the previous day, some tools the next and a vehicle the day after. Remember that last year, we had to wait 3 days to have a useful police car. Remember also that those are toys, not just objects for a nice setting on a shelf ;)
