I find this most irritating. That Striker-class starfighter is on the top of my list and I don't live in Canada. Good call on the TIE fighter though, it's a great set.

Yeah, for whatever reason even though Sears.ca says the Striker Class Starfighter is in stock, when you attempt to checkout your cart tells you the item is unavailable. Bitter-sweet experience. I'm very happy about being able to get a Tie Fighter for half price, and would've happily bought a second if I didn't already have a big enough Tie collection. No sense getting greedy, since I'm not sure if Sears will come through on the deal or just send an email 2 days later saying it's unavailable (quoting my dad's experience on multiple occations).

Darn it! They only ship to Canuckian addresses!
I could have used a couple of Striker-class starfighters.

Just ordered 2 Ties! Awesome deal, but it's a shame about the starfighter. Wanted that too. :(

Same deal as you Ypres, I had 3 Strikers in my cart, and poof.. N/A. Oh well, bought 2 more ties.. great price and shipping was cheap!

thanks for the tip! I just ordered 2 ties. Its almost impossible to have Lego Star Wars at that price in canada. I bet they will go out of stock very fast.

Oh I hope I can get them in the stores!

Sears got rid of their Toy Departments in the Summer time. :(

Anyone knows if they're available in store as well or is it online only?

Found both sets at the Kingsway in Edmonton

I saw the Tie and the X-wing at about a 25% discount at my local store last month.

Thanks Dimefield, I'm going to check out Kingsway tomorrow after classes. Much appreciated.

Price checked the tie at Walmart the other day for $35. Didn't bite on it, because 50% MSRP is $25.

They are on the lower level kids clothing dept. No real toy section anymore and it took of awhile to find then

Dropped at my local Sears store (Metrotown, Burnaby, BC) and they no longer have a Toy Department as well (I kinda knew they have been getting ride of stuff over the past few months, but it had been a while since I went into that store) ... Good thing I ordered the TIE online Sunday night!

I ended up going to the store in Burlington. They don't a toy department anymore, like everyone said, but they had a few racks of toys (including the TIEs and Ninjago weapon packs. No Starfighters though... :(

I just bought the tie fighter and the x-wing star fighter at the sears at promenade mall, In Vaughn.

Got 2 Tie fighters! Thanks for this! It's about time Canadians got a great deal on Lego, and Star Wars at that!
