    COOP LEGO promoFour world exclusive polybags have been spotted on sale at the supermarket chain COOP in Sweden.

    Sweden has long been a polybag hotspot of the world, and once again it proves to be so, being the first country to sell 30252: Crug’s Swamp Jet and 30240: Z-95 Headhunter as well as being the first country outside the US to sell 30213: Gandalf at Dol Galdur and 30253: Leonidas’ Jungle Dragster.
     
    Update: Supersympa has now visited a COOP and got back in touch, it seems there's a bit more to this story than we first thought, there is a full blown promotion being run here (see pic). This has revealed that there are a further two world exclusives included in this promotion: 30221: Fire Car and 30183: Little Car, neither of which have been seen anywhere else to date.  Sweden really is a great place to live if you're a polybag nut!
     

    Here’s the full list of polys that have been spotted on sale:

    All are priced at 39 SEK (around £3.80) and available in apparently limited quantities.

30253 is also available in Germany, because I'm getting one from Legopants, who's selling some in the forum! :-)
Definitely want 30252 and 30240 too!

*SIGH* Go out searching for Polybags, find nothing, learn that they all went to Sweden first. Oh well, perhaps some of those will start showing up in Canada soon, I must have 30252, 30240, 30213, 30253, 30221 and 30183, the Friends Desk showed up before the holidays... Wish the Beach one would show up too. It's the only one I still need not counting that horrible, horrible Stephanie Polybag.

I don't know where this idea that Sweden is a great country for polybags comes from. Maybe we're not the worst off, but this is the first time in well over a year I've heard of new polybags being sold in stores. Most toy stores here (let alone grocery stores) never have any polybags at all, not even older ones. Or maybe I just live in the wrong part of Sweden, I don't know..

I just don't quite understand how some places you live can get polybag's easier than others. I have never been to a shop anywhere and seen polybag's on the shelves! How on earth does this happen? I think I better start planning to move to Sweden I reckon!

Confirm, I saw those polybags in Coop yesterday. In Brista, Sundsvall.
