Three cars. Two end up 10 studs wide, but the main part of the chassis is still the usual 8 stud scale.

Bricklist notes
The plate-part of the SUV's frame is 6 studs wide, but once the various side adornments are added, the body effectively becomes 8 studs wide. The driver + passenger area certainly fits the scale.

The car's body is 10 studs wide, but that's acceptable given that it approximates a Humvee, which is wider than a conventional car. The driver + passenger area certainly fits the scale.

The semi truck's cab definitely fits the scale. The trailer is a bit wider, however.

The Batmobile is the right scale. Two-Face's truck is not.

Okay, so it's not a car, but the speeder piloted by Obi-Wan indeed fits the scale and offers some design ideas for real cars of this scale.

The latest minifig scale version of the Landspeeder has an 8-stud wide chassis, so it belongs here too, barely.

This might not be to scale. The main parts of the chassis are 8 studs wide, with only a couple parts flaring out to 10 studs, except for the tires, which go out even further. Those larger & wider tires are what might push this out of the 8 stud scale category.
