The Wolfpack are a small band of mercinaries situated in the Dark Forest. Bordering the Kingdom of Basil the Bat Lord and the domain terrorized by Cedric the Bull, both Lieutenants of Lord Vladek have been known to hire them.

I should note that I will be making notes explaining why these sets are a part of this list from the point of view of the fictional tale one could weave when combining certain sets to build up an impressive looking and formidable Castle Display.

Wanda the Wicked Witch houses her small band of knights and enslaved dragon minions in the mountainous regions on the edge of the Bat Lord's domain, but she is not personally associated with him.

Relatively keeps much to herself, Wanda occassionally joins her magic with that of Majisto in exchange for spells that specilize in taming dragons. Specifically the unruly and lengedary black dragons of Basil's domain.

Cedric the Bull is a vicious and brutish warrior hailing from an unnamed island off the coast of King Leo's kingdom. He came to conquer and pillage, but was unsuccessful and thus does not possess a castle or fortress of his own to rule. He is forced to live in the caverns beneath the Troll's mountain. Cedric is the second and more dangerous of Lord Vladek's lieutenants because he has much to gain and little to lose.

Bricklist notes
In the mythical Land of Dragons the evil Shogun Emperor officially does not side with Lord Vladek as his lands border both those of Ankoria and Morcia. He trades with both kingdoms when not preoccupied with defending his tenuous hold across the land against the Red Ninja army and their Princess.

Many of his men occassionally have been seen working with Lord Vladek's forces, but since there are usually few survivors to these encounters the allegations remain unproven.

The dark Sorceror Necros commands his Skeleton army from his tower located on the opposite side of the Dark Forest in a decayed and dying realm of magic, demons and the cursed spirits of fallen warriors.

Necros uses these spirits to re-animate his skeletal warriors and pit them against the king of his neighboring kingdom. His magic is in a different league from that of Majisto or Wanda and so he is called upon when Lord Vladek wishes to employ a more sinister strategy in his bid to conquer all of Morcia.

The Trolls are legion, living within the mountains South of the great LEGOLAND range, they are enemies of Necros and so the two rarely work in tandem.

The king of the Trolls despises the Dwarves and usually can be found leading his armies against them. The Dwarves have found allies in the King of the Crown Knights. The Trolls once captured the Crown King and the Dwarves helped in his rescue.

The Troll's mountain is situated half inside of the domain of the Crown King and half in the domain of King Leo.

The Black Falcons are some of Lord Vladek's oldest warriors. Sent as an advanced invasion force prior to Lord Vladek's arrival the Black Falcons established themselves as formidable fighting men against the Crusaders.

The Black Falcon's Fortress is in a dark and shadowy place hidden beneath the shadow of the Dawrven Mines. It remains one of the most difficult fortresses to invade as the Crusaders can attest to after many failed attempts to rid their lands of these vicious warriors.

Many believe that Lord Vladek was once a seemingly benevolent ruler called the Black Monarch, this is based on numerous unfounded rumors and differing tales from bards across the sea where sits the Black Monarch's Castle.

Many of the Black Knights are still considered to be allies of the Kings of LEGO Castle Realm, when danger threatens, or when Vladek and his forces are on the move they are the first force ready to do battle against him and the last to leave the battlefield.

The Dark Forest Forestmen are often confused with elves, and some men have also called them Dark Foresters, but they are all men and women who have chosen to cast aside the homes of stone and mortar where knights live in favor of living with nature rather than against it.

Lord Vladek would never think to bribe him or his men into siding with him, he prefers to keep his gold for himself.
