By in United Kingdom,

Me want :( is there a reason Lego don't just do the same offers everywhere, surly that would be easier.

By in United States,

also, havnt seen it here (could have missed it) but at least in the US, we got a Star Wars EP IV poster with purchase a while ago. June 22-28 was EP V (so glad I happened across shop.lego.com and was able to get a keychain to qualify for that one) and July 20-26 they will give away EP VII poster with star wars purchase.

I believe they continue on with EP I, II and III but, I dont collect those ;)

Would have preferred to get that City Space Poly, But 10247 - Ferris Wheel couldn't wait any longer.

By in Australia,

Damn, the Pirates polybag looks cool, but it expires just four days before the F40 goes on sale :(

By in United States,

I would rather have the pirate GWP than the astronaut. Hoping that shows up later in the USA.

By in United States,

@goshe7 The pirate set will be a VIP GWP throughout August in the United States for purchases $75 and over. Given the $35 threshold for the space utility vehicle, I think it's a good value.

By in Poland,

The retro pirate set is now available for VIPs in Europe. :-)

By in Germany,

Just ordered my ferris wheel and got the retro pirate set! Waited for this day since the ferris wheel was announced. Love that those rumours about the retro set where true.

By in Austria,

I bought it in Müller in Vienna. 3,50€

By in United States,

That's a very blah promo. Why does Europe get the pirate one?

The price point makes a lot of sense. The Starter Set and Starter Shuttle come to $34.98 together, so getting another figure free with those is a clever idea. You would need a Minifigure to push it over $35.00 though...

@PicnicBasketSam The United States and Europe get pretty much the same promotions, just at different times of the year. They're also just now getting the AT-DP polybag, which requires spending 50 pounds. We got that at the beginning of the year for the purchase of ANY Star Wars LEGO set. I think I'm okay with waiting another month to get the VIP pirate GWP. Not to mention we got the Winter Soldier for $75 purchases, while the only way to get it in Europe was buying the Helicarrier.

By in Belgium,

@myscrnnm: actually we got the AT-DP polybag in Europe at the same time as the US, with a slight difference. It was available (still is) in normal toy stores, in the polybag/impulse buy box.
