Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman at Argos

Thanks, ordered for my Lego key ring collection

Great - I'd been wondering where/how to get one if these guys - especially after picking up a couple of the Batman Battle Pods with the exclusive print recently.

I kinda saw another variety of Batman recently at LEGOLAND California. It was one of the LED lights so double the size of a normal minifigs, but it was an Easter Bunny Batman and looked awesome. Anyone know if he'll be available as a regular minifig anytime?

Out of stock anywhere within a reasonable travelling distance of me. Have they been on sale for a while then?

Got a couple in Reading, pre-ordered on Monday and they've sold out.....but TRU next door still has Battlepods!

I've used the soldering iron method and it works fine, just be careful. And anyway, even if something did go wrong the only thing that would be damaged should be the cowl which would be easy to replace.

I'm having trouble reserving them at my local branch even though it says they are in stock. I'd be happy to send to people in need but obviously only if I can get hold of them.

Picked up three in the Camden store. I'm far from gods gift to DIY but the soldering iron method works fine.
You cant really go wrong, as long as you gradually increase the time you apply the heat. I started off at ten seconds, then tried 15, 20 and found success at 25.

Even out of stock if ordering online. Destined not to get one it would appear.

I hope we get this here in the states. I just wish Lego would make a regular mini of this and rabbit Batman. I mean, they have the prints done, just remove the keychain and light element.

I managed to reserve a couple which I had to do over the phone in the end but after it disappearing like that I'm not overly confident I'll get them today.
The number for them is/was 500 4928

I reserved a couple yesterday to collect today, the price went up overnight to €6.49! But I was still able to get them for €3.99 this morning thanks to the reservation. :)

I suspect a price hike is the reason it's been taken off the site, that the removal is temporary and it will probably return soon at a price of £4.99/€6.49.

I'm sorry to say, for others, I did order 3 yesterday via the website and successfully collected yesterday..... it does seem as if they have removed them for some reason. Last year they were offering a free reindeer (still have it on the website) but no-one had any and I even managed to reserve one.... nothing in the store. It may be just too early for all stores / stock / delivery to store issue.. Hopefully be back on line this week......

They should have given them to you for the reservation price Huw, I used the machine at first and the price was higher so went to a till and the woman fiddled around and gave them to me for the lower price. She said you should get things at the price you reserved at. The number on them has changed it's now 721/9203
Forget that about the numbers changing, I didn't realise the first one I wrote in an earlier post was the actual lego item number.

@Huw yes, as @xcrossx has said, they'll give them to you for £2.99 each if you give them the reservation numbers at the checkout till (the manned one, not the automated till). Before you had to show them the text or email with the price confirmed in the reservation, but recently they'll just check their system for previous reduced prices. So you've the right to get them at the price you reserved them at. It's a great store policy that Argos have and I applaud them for it, it takes the stress out of needing to get to the store and collect on the day, when you have an extra day to collect and can rest assured that the lower price is guaranteed.

TL/DR Go to the till, give them the reservation code, and save a bit of dosh. ;)

I reserved 3 at £2.99 yesterday and went to pick them up today. She said their £4.99 each and when I showed her the reservation number they will honour the £2.99 they were reserved at :) or an argument would have ensued lol

well, no numbers work for me, no local stores have and still not on Argos website
