Jessica Cruz Green Lantern minifigure

Posted by ,

Several different characters have taken on the mantle of the Green Lantern and LEGO has already produced two of them in minifigure form, Hal Jordan and John Stewart.

Amazon has revealed that the Aquaman: Rage of Atlantis animated movie will feature a third Green Lantern, Jessica Cruz. We do not yet know when the DVD and Blu-ray will become available, or whether the figure will be included outside the US, but we will let you know as soon as that information is announced.

Consider me hyped. One of my side projects is a Green Lantern Corps, so having a Jessica Cruz will be helpful. Would be nice to get an Atrocitus (the red guy on the DVD cover) too...

It's nice to see a bit more diversity in the GL troops ...

... but call me when Kyle Rayner gets here, and not before.

Not fussed on the film but would still definitely get it for the minifig

Its already up in bricklink, in Europe :)

Shouldn’t Batman be wearing a breathing apparatus? The characters are underwater, so Batman is drowning on the cover of a kids movie.

That's great news. I still want a GL member and I don't have one.

Still no other lanterns though accept Sinestro.

Nice minifigure, but we really need some more of the other coloured lanterns. I'd happily take the Atrocitus figure from that cover as well (albeit the big fig from the games is cooler) and there's no doubt that some black lanterns would be equally awesome

I've seen Cruz introduced in DC Superhero Girls. Do you think they'll make a minidoll of her for that line?

Does anyone else realize LEGO is tricking us into thinking we're getting a highly detailed Jessica Cruz Minifigure? The actual Minifigure has black hair, no arm printing, no dual molded leg printing, and no printed shoes! The picture on the DVD is just a picture take from the (unfortunately) more detailed disc version. Also, why Jessica Cruz in a Aquaman DVD? What's next, Aquaman in a Green Lantern DVD?

Green Lantern is probably my favorite corner of the DC universe. Wouldn't it be cool to get a mini-line for the corps? Crazy that we still haven't gotten a Kilowog big-fig yet.

Great to get some more members of the Lantern Corps, but it's a shame it's another Green Lantern! I'd love to get a few of the other colors sometime.

Glad they’re returning to the idea of including a Minifigure with the DVD. I was disappointed there wasn’t one with the Flash movie

@Stormtalon - I certainly hope so. She seems to be fairly prominent in the new stuff from that line & there's a need for more characters

In regards to DC character promos with the blu-ray / dvd, would love to see a Batman Beyond Minifigure in the future.

I'm dying to see some more GL sets, but with other Corps represented. I'd love an Atrocitus, Saint Walker or Larfleeze. Or a Kilowog big fig.

@Nordbart I believe that the John Stewart Green Lantern is in the LEGO DC build your own adventure book.

Just glad that once again a special figure like this is in a movie/book, and not as a SDCC promo.
