City Advent Calendar - Day 12

Looking out my office window this morning all I can see is grey skies, branches swaying in the wind and raindrops on the window.
It looks to be the perfect day for sitting inside with a good book and relaxing...
It's just as well, then that in today's window we have a rocking chair, a table and a lamp!
The chair doesn't look much like a real rocking chair but it appears to be functional.
Now, where did I put that short book by Leo Tolstoy I was reading...

I hated War and Peace. Nothing really happened to the characters, they just talked about events happening to other people. Nice tan chair though, it’s actually an quite uncommon part.
Yeah, I feel like, we've reached the halfway point of the calendar, so now we're moving inside the house.

Nice pieces, nice choice of colors for the Tan chair + Dark Red Curved 2 x 2 Inverted.
Those Telescope pieces tend to come in spares a lot as well.
From Huw's description of the weather, I'm beginning to think he lives in Oregon too!

Same here, seems Tan is rare for chairs and a new color since 2018 and only in 6 sets so far.
The other 5 sets are Licensed themes (Star Wars/Avengers/Batman) which I myself don't collect
