Free Year of the Rat set at LEGO.com

The annual Chinese New Year set, 40355 Year of the Rat, is now available at LEGO.com with purchases exceeding £80 / 80€ / $80.
If you've not yet ordered the other Chinese New Year sets, 80104 Lion Dance and 80105 Chinese New Year Temple Fair, now would be a good time to do so.
I'm a big fan of the Chinese zodiac animal sets and I look forward to adding this one to my collection, which you can view after the break.

As a collection they look nice. Individually not so much.
The US threshold is $80.
Sorry but that's one ugly rat. It almost looks more like an elephant.
That is one cute collection of critters!
They're almost an antidote to the dead-eyed creepiness of Brickheadz.
I think the collection looks really good, although I am looking forward to the next Year of the Sheep so they can remake it into the same style.

They are pretty cute. I noticed your Chinese zodiac group in the Beyond the Brick video of your collection. They looked great. I actually bought one of the Ikea Billy bookcases after seeing that video as your whole collection looked so good in them:)
What about the snake from 2013 Huw? It too is very different but interesting in it's own way!

I gambled that the New Year Temple would be Sold Out by the free Rat promotion. This is why I no longer gamble, yet continue to pay credit card debt. No free Rat set for me, but there is still plenty of cheese in the fridge!
