Star Wars characters with the most dialogue but no minifigure

Posted by ,

Countless extraordinary characters populate the expansive Star Wars galaxy, over four hundred of whom have appeared in LEGO sets during the previous two decades.

Nevertheless, many additional characters are not currently available in minifigure form. We have therefore analysed each of the eleven live action Star Wars movies, counting the exact numbers of lines spoken by each character without minifigure representation. This process should provide a reflective summary of which characters have been overlooked!

We used the following methodology when counting the number of lines of dialogue spoken by each character:

  • Only characters from the eleven live action movies have been taken into consideration currently.
  • Individual lines of dialogue are counted according to interruption by other dialogue or action, rather than by the number of scripted lines. This is because of inconsistencies between the script formats which are available online and line deliveries onscreen.
  • Only lines which can be definitively attributed to one character have been considered. Voices such as the Death Star announcer are therefore excluded.
  • Characters with two lines or more have been taken into consideration, except where that character speaks in several movies. Mas Amedda, for example, only delivers one line during The Phantom Menace but more in subsequent Prequel Trilogy films.
  • Lines spoken in alien languages, such as those by Garindan or Nien Nunb, are taken into consideration.

Characters without dialogue

Of course, there are various other interesting characters without any dialogue across the saga. Several such characters are already available as minifigures but others which really stand out to me, or have been suggested in the comments, include the following:

  • Orn Free Taa
  • Yarael Poof
  • Depa Billaba
  • Oppo Rancisis
  • Commander Bly
  • Commander Bacara
  • Willrow Hood
  • Sidon Ithano
  • Quiggold
  • PZ-4CO
  • Cardo
  • Kuruk

Please share any suggestions or potential omissions in the comments and I will update the list, if necessary.

Which characters do you believe LEGO should produce next and have any of these results surprised you? Let us know in the comments.

By in United States,

Terrific article!

Elan Sleazebaggano is definitely my favorite overly on-the-nose Star Wars name. And it's a crime we don't have a minifigure for Saw Gerrera or Galen Erso.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I’m surprised we haven’t had a Boss Nass by now, with all the other more customized figures that have come out since then.

Shmi was another one I was surprised to see never have her own figure.

I would still like to have a complete Jedi Council as they appeared in Phantom Menace as well.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Odd that nien numb has never appeared, especially considering how he’s kind of a fan favorite and we’ve had two appearances of the much less prominent Ten Numb.

I would absolutely love a Bly minifigure.

Gravatar
By in Ireland,

Really fun read! Would love to see another version of this but with other themes such as Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings

Gravatar
By in United States,

I feel like Aunt Beru and Nien Nunb are the most glaring omissions.

I'm also anticipating the hopefully upcoming UCS A-Wing review to see your thoughts on it (even though I bought it regardless - won't have a chance to build it for some time though since we might be moving soon).

By in United Kingdom,

Characters LEGO need to produce next (chronological order):

-Tion Medon: he would have a very interesting new head mould

-Lama Su: an awesome long neck and an overall cool idea (maybe an 'Obi-Wan meets the clones' set)

-Dryden Vos: quite a key character

-Saw Gerrera: a must have in either his Clone Wars or Rogue One version. I would have liked him to have been included in The U-wing.

-Nien Nunb: hoping he would be with the Nebulon-B Escort Frigate

-Babu Frick: "All hail Babu Frick!" But seriously, we need him. Maybe in a 'Reprogramming 3PO set'?

All the other characters, especially the rebel/resistance pilots are unnecessary, in my opinion.

By in United States,

Fode and Beed have more dialogue than Shmi Skywalker?! Wow!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Thank you so much for this work, Cap'n & Co!

I too was very surprised about Boss Nass, but hanker most for Dex & his diner.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I imagine Fives would be one of the most prominent from Clone Wars, plus IG-11 and Kuiil from The Mandalorian.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Saw Gerrera - he also appeared in Rebels, which LEGO made sets for
Nien Nunb - seems like a huge omission considering his popularity and important role as Falcon co-pilot

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Blimey that is some amazing stats and commitment to note taking. I love Lego and I Love Star Wars but I have to say most of those names mean nothing to me. Is there any chance you can link the top 2-3 or anyone over 10 etc to pictures on a Star Wars website, as has been done previously (I think)

Saw Gerrera also appeared in the Clone Wars

Gravatar
By in United States,

I don't care how much he talks, I just want a LEGO Saw Gerrera.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Most wanted:

3 Babu Frik
2 Dryden Vos
1 Nien Nunb

Gravatar
By in United States,

Not to mention the clone wars.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Imagine just a set randomly including Sy Snootles out of the blue for some freaking reason. I wonder how people would react.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I was very surprised that Solo sets didn't have L3 or Dryden. I think having a Fode and Beed minifig would be hilarious.

With Saw, the main issue would be that he's young in TCW (and Rebels, I believe), but he's kinda old in Rogue One, not to mention the life support armor. There'd have to be at least 2 versions.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Great article! Thank you, @CapnRex101 .

The lists remind me how silly some SW names are. I guess Ani/Darth Vader wouldn’t feel so bad in a world where so many others have daft names.

Mind you, I really shouldn’t be critical of SW names. After all, I share a first name with Zander Freemaker, a character from the LEGO SW cartoon series :~p

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Pointless but fun to read article

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

Considering I didn't recognize a single name out there, and only remembered one of the characters due to a picture, I think they've done a good job of covering the popular characters. This list is more for the very hardcore fans, if you ask me!

I think a Master Builder Series Senate Chamber set “reveal” would be a great April Fools prank for Brickset to pull on its readers.

Amazingly comprehensive list, you've done your homework and the extra credit Capn'! Thanks for the entertaining and enlightening read.

Gravatar
By in France,

Am not a minifigs collector but this is very interesting.
Any chance of the equivalent for Marvel please?

Gravatar
By in Portugal,

Great article! I would like to propose the inclusion of Leia in The Last Jedi: no minifig from this movie and how many lines?!? I bet she has more lines than Dryden Vos in Solo! Also no figure from The Rise of Skywalker… even Finn in a bactasuit got produced from The Last Jedi. C’mon LEGO!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Why is Dr. Evazan excluded this from this list? Using the criteria you used, he should have at least two lines in A New Hope. I only notice this because for years his pal Ponda Baba has been the top character on my minifigure wishlist.

I can't provide pictures but I can provide explanations

Episode 1: The Phantom Menace

Fode and Beed- the Podrace commentator with two heads.
Shmi Skywalker- Anakin's mother
Boss Nass- the Gungan King (see picture)
Ric Olie- a Naboo pilot, I think
Sabe- Queen Amidala's dupe so the actual Queen isn't killed
Chancellor Valorum- The Supreme Chancellor before Palpatine

Episode 2: Attack of the Clones:
Lama Su: the Prime Minister of Kamino who meets Obi-Wan and shows him Jango Fett and the Clone productions (see attack of the clones picture)
Dexter Jettster: The four-armed guy who helps Obi-Wan identify the dart that killed Zam Weasel. He owns a diner.

Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith:
Tion Medon: the portmaster at Utapau when Obi-Wan went there to find Greivous and consequently kill him, only to be turned on by Cody and the rest of the 212th
Mas Amedda: The blue alien that aids the Chancellor whilst the senate is underway. He features predominantly in the Clone Wars and knows Palpatine's identity.

Solo: A Star Wars Story:
Dryden Vos- The main enemy in the film

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story:
Saw Gerrera- the half-cybernetic leader of a rebellion against the imperials. He saved Jyn at the start from a bunker and also is in around 3 episodes of The Clone Wars, where he and his sister led a rebellion against the Separatists.
Galen Erso: father of Jyn Erso and a former imperial officer. At the beginning, Krenic recruited Galen back as an engineer in the Imperial forces. He put the weakness in the Death Star 1 and died when the Rebels bombed the landing pad he was on.
Lyra Erso: Jyn's mother. She died at the beginning after shooting Krenic in the shoulder.

Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope:
No idea who the top guy is.

Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back:
Admiral Kendal Ozell: The guy who has an interesting moustache and who Vader strangles and says "You have failed me for the last time, Admiral" (see picture for The Empire Strikes Back)

Star Wars Episode 6: The Return of the Jedi:
Nien Nunb- a rebel pilot who flew the Millennium Falcon alongside Lando Calrissian.
Sy Snootles: one of Jabba the Hutt's singers. She is a short fat alien with extremely long lips. She is best known for killing Ziro the Hutt in The Clone Wars on Jabba's orders.

Episode 7: The Force Awakens:
They are mostly various Resistance pilots.
Ella Asty- He is seen as a pilot throughout the whole Star Wars Original Trilogy and the Sequel Trilogy until he dies in the Battle of Exegol as a pilot under Poe's command.

Episode 8: The Last Jedi:
All various pilots and First Order officers

Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker:
Babu Frick- a very small alien creature who has an engineering feat. He reprogrammed C-3PO so he could translate the Wayfinder.

Boy, that took a long time to write.

Agreed. Apparently, he also appeared in Rogue One briefly, but with only a couple of lines. He also worked as Dryden Vos' surgeon during Solo and may have appeared in that, too.

Gravatar

@myscrnnm - I am not sure how I forgot about Ponda Baba and Cornelius Evazan but they are now included with their lines from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and A New Hope. Thank you for the reminder!

Wat Tambor is necessary, he would make a good addition to the separatist mini figure collection and he was a key villain in some clone wars episodes

Gravatar

Commander Bly and Commander Bacara new figures badly. So does Phase 2 Armor Commander Cody.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'm surprised by the lack of minifig for Garven Dreis. Possibly becauses I've seen a good Red squadron Yavin pic using customs.

Also slightly surprised that Benthic had no lines in Solo

Gravatar
By in United States,

Truly, desperately, want a Dexter Jettster figure. They made Pong Krell, obviously the basics are available. C'mon, Lego, get it done!

Kuiil Minifig with molded blurggs or we riot. I. Have. Spoken.

Babu Frik was the most enjoyable aspect of RoS for me.

Why does Lego hate Nien Nunb?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Saw Gerrera and Nien Nunb are the only two that I can foresee getting a minifigure in the immediate future. The rest just don't hold much appeal as either a key character in the story or as a playable minifig.
Of course, I'd love a Babu Frik minfig, I just don't see how they could do that and make it even somewhat to scale.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Trolls World Tour gets a bunch of new minifig molds but Star Wars goes almost two decades without a Kaminoan minifig ...

Gravatar
By in Switzerland,

I see the lockdown is getting to you :D

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'd quite like to see the three versions of Saw Gerrera; the young one from Clone Wars, the older shaven headed one from Rebels and the completely broken down one from Rogue One. Maybe do one of those minfig collection boxes with them

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Michael Sheard also played Hitler in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, but more importantly was Mr Bronson in Grange Hill.

Gravatar
By in France,

So, after about 42 years of love and interest for SW universe and lore, I discovered reading your article that I still have a lot to learn and discover about it. I mean all those characters from whom I perfectly know the faces and roles in the saga without knowing their names! The lockdown will have provided new interesting features, ideas and articles on Brickset ( and time passed on hem... curious researches and observations) It was a pleasant and unexpected reading Capn, thank you. Now, I really miss Beru Lars, Boss Nass, some Kaminoeans as Lego minifigures representations. Among... many others ^^

It's wild we haven't had a Saw Gerrara minifig considering he's been in a film, a game, two different shows, comics, etc. Easily the most important figure they haven't made.

you are thinking of the other Sullustan pilot that LEGO has released, Ten Numb https://brickset.com/minifigs/tag-Sullustan
Nien Numb still remains to be made.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@CapnRex101 it would be interesting to expand this data set to include amount of screentime as well as a concept i'm terming "scene time" in which a character is in the room and part of the story but the camera may not literally be pointed on them, as i feel that would still offer a measure of weight as to how present a character is and "worthy" of being considered made into a minifigure.

Gravatar
By in Greece,

These sorts of characters should be in the advent calendars, as it would be too difficult to tie them in with an actual set?

I'd like to see force ghost minifigures, especially now they're making Harry Potter patroniuses

Gravatar
By in United States,

@NorthJ90 said:
"These sorts of characters should be in the advent calendars, as it would be too difficult to tie them in with an actual set?"

Yes and no. Some have been in "close proximity" to sets that have been made and seem like an easy omission: Shmi Skywalker in the podrace sets, or Beru in the Sandcrawler set (she was close by). Other times LEGO has just thrown unique out-of-scene characters in the mix. Queen Amidala in full red gown was no where near the Gungan Sub, but she was in the set.

So while some of these seem fit for only one-offs, there are many ways they could be brought into legit sets. In addition to advent calendars there are also promo polybags and those minifigs that come with books too that could help bring some of these characters to market.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

@darkstonegrey - Excellent point, I have added Sidon Ithano and Quiggold to the list.

And themes like Hidden Side and Chima have made minifigs with translucent minifig parts too. though I cannot recall the hips or torso be transparent or clear yet. That might be the hang up (there's a lot of inwardly visible molding that would show up in a translucent minifigure and possibly diminish the effect)

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Don’t worry; TLG will find a way to put them all in £199 sets!

Gravatar
By in Germany,

There's a lot of characters I'd like to see as minifigures who don't have any lines: Oppo Rancisis, an Utapauan Warrior, a Galactic Marine, a clone trooper in training fatigues, Passel Argente...

By the way, the Neimoidian captain of the Invisible Hand is called Lushros Dofine.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Surprised we haven’t seen Saw Gerrera yet... or any Rogue One sets for that matter. I’d also like to see Garven Dreis, Nien Nunb, L3 and Dryden.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Just out of curiosity, did you count each of Fode and Beed's lines per head? Or, for example, if Fode interrupted Beed did you only count that as one piece of dialogue?

My suggestion for a character without dialogue is Yaddle. It would be great to finish off all the known canon characters of Yoda's species.

Gravatar

@james_shaw said:

You would imagine from the characters he played that Michael Sheard was a horrible person. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had the pleasure of meeting him twice. He was kind - even to a fanboy like me - and utterly charming. A consummate actor and a gentleman.

Gravatar
By in United States,

So many we still NEED!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

@Graupensuppe - Lushros Dofine was the character's name in Legends but he has not been identified in canon at the moment, to my knowledge.

@DRGreene - Fode and Feed present an interesting conundrum. The majority of their lines are repeated in both Basic and Huttese but they sometimes appear to be speaking with one another, or using different phrases to convey similar meanings. For that reason, I decided to count their lines individually rather than counting each Huttese and Basic line together.

Gravatar
By in United States,

We all want Phase 2 Cody

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

A similar list for clone wars would probably be dominated by clones and maybe Bo-Katan Kryze. For rebels maybe Fenn Rau, Mart Mattin, Govenor Pryce, Ryder Azadi, and Admiral Konstantine.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

A beautifully detailed list thanks Rex! I have to admit one or two names I had to look up, particularly the background characters and FO leadership from Episode VIII and IX, but a good analysis.

I REALLY hope we get more sets obviously portraying scenes or vehicles in Rogue One or Solo, as well as the minifigs. Both films seem to have totally vanished off TLG’s radar which is odd, particularly as Rogue One was generally so well received!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Even without a lot of lines, Nien Nunb spans four films and two eras, as well as piloting the Falcon against a death star. He's key. But somehow we got Boolio and a second appearance of Snap Wexley?

Similarly, leaving L3 out of Solo sets but including DD-BD? That needs to be rectified with a polybag or Advent calendar.

From a fun mold and less humans point of view I'd love to see Ello Asty.

Aunt Beru has always been sadly overlooked, especially cos we've had a couple of Owen's.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I'd love to see the opposite of this: Who has the least lines but still got a minifig. Like Pao from Rogue One, who only does two things in the movie, scream and say "Karabast!"

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

LEGO could make an entire CMF series comprised of missing Padme variants alone.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Holding out for a RotJ Millennium Falcon with Nien Numb.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'd really like to see a Commander Jorg Sacul minifig. Also, do boops and beeps count for droids?

@xboxtravis7992:
He did call the entire podrace, including early parts in two languages. That's an extremely large chunk of the movie where he's usually the only one speaking.

@peterlmorris:
I preferred the end credits.

Gravatar
By in Latvia,

Even though most of these characters are very obscure, there are a few main characters, like Dryden Vos or Saw Gerrera, which should definitely be in minifig form

Gravatar
By in United States,

In my opinion Shmi Skywalker, Dexter Jettster, L3-37, Saw Gerrera, Benthic 'Two Tubes, Beru Lars, and Nien Nunb all feel like they deserve minifigures. There's also a character from the squeal trilogy, one of the alien Ressitance Pilots, who I don't think got a minifig but I can't remember his name, all I know is he was super cool looking.

Edit: Oh and of course, how could I forget Sleazbaggano

Gravatar
By in Italy,

Gravatar

>Cragger\s mother
>Ragull
>Maker of stone army in Nexo
>Cyrus Borg

>NoKrag, Seven or Final version of Unagami

Gravatar
By in United States,

So for a few of the ones from the prequels we in the lego star wars game so theres a design for them (would probably have to be updated because im thinking of the old xbox version)
a few that come to mind are:
Dexter Jettster (if i remember correctly he appeared in a cutscene and he was the lego shop guy to buy characters)
Boss Nass
and those people with long necks on kamino.

Being a big fan of the prequels. I’ve been wanting lego to release figures of lama su, taun we, boss nass, tion medon and wat tambor for a while now. I also have been hoping for saw gerrera and dryden vos. A figure they have made once that I would really like to see a remake for is Zam Wessel.

Your dedication is... impressive!

Let's have a Mr Bronson minifig :)

I can believe that there's Porkins minifig and that it was in X-wing set from 2012.

By in Austria,

Shmi Skywalker, Boss Nass, Lama Su, Taun We, Dexter Jettser and Aunt Beru are my top picks for Minifigs that NEED to be made.

I don't think that we'll ever see a new SOLO or Rogue One character but trilogy sets are still being released and those should be in there.
It is inconcievable that Shmi was never made - even if it would bother LEGO to include her into a "Tusken Raider" set because of the inherent violence, there is no excuse of her omission in one of the podracing sets. I mean, who is more important: Shmi or Wald?

So, dear readers at the LEGO group: Make another edition of some reasonably made podracers and throw Shmi (should not cost much, no new molds needed) and Fode and Beed in there and it would sell great!

Honestly? I'd be far more interested in seeing many of my favourite Legends characters get realised in minifigure form, than any of these characters. I know it will never happen; but if Lego wants to get me spending money on Star Wars things, all they have to do is make affordable sets including the various KotOR crews, or Wraith Squadron, or Talisibeth Endwandung-Esterhazy, Mara Jade, Kyle Katarn, Lana Beniko, other TOR companions, the Solo kids, etc., etc., etc. and I would be RIGHT THERE.

These guys, though? They're interesting, (and I certainly appreciate the amount of research put in here!) but I wouldn't go out of my way to get any of them, even if Lego did make them as minifigures. I suspect though, that when I was younger and a bigger fan of Star Wars, I would have thought considerably differently xD

Sy Snootles shouldn't count!!! XD

By in United States,

Awesome article and list Captain Rex! I hope Lego will make more Rebel pilots from episodes IV-VI. A Garven Dreis minifigure would be epic!

Also, you should consider making a Clone Wars list. That would be pretty cool.

By in Netherlands,

Nien Numb. I mean he just blew up the second death star with lando. Nothing too important. :-(

Lego needs to make more aliens. For in the cantina, for jabba’s palace and all those intergalactic cities. One of the strong points of the sw universe is the amount of aliens imo.
Taun we and lama su would be great in a set with jango fett by the way

"Blimey that is some amazing stats and commitment to note taking. I love Lego and I Love Star Wars but I have to say most of those names mean nothing to me. Is there any chance you can link the top 2-3 or anyone over 10 etc to pictures on a Star Wars website, as has been done previously (I think)"

Right click on any name and Google will take you to their picture.

By in United States,

My count (excluding their last list) is 107 figures. Get to work LEGO!

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is a great list and shows who really needs to be made. If Lego renegotiated the license with Disney as is rumored, then that they can do individual figures Lego could do a Star Wars CMF line. It would be amazing if they did different themes in the series. Like Mos Eisley Cantina, Jabba's Palace, Phantom Menace, etc... It could go on forever.

By in United States,

I am still surprised they never made a set for Fallen Order, just started playing it, and would love to have the Ginger Jedi and his gang. Heck, more of the Extended Universe in general, I need me a Lego Delta Squad too.

By in Switzerland,

Great work there! Here are my top ten picks:
Doctor Cornelius Evazan
Ponda Baba
Sy Snootles
Nien Nunb
Beru Lars
Shmi Skywalker
Mas Amedda
Dryden Vos
Galen Erso
Saw Gerrera

By in United States,

Interesting that some of the most glaring omissions come from the "Star Wars story" films (Saw Gerrera, Galen Erso, Dryden Vos, L3-37). Each is incredibly deserving of minifigure treatment!

@Gamer_299:
I wouldn't put too much stock in any video game characters. Those are designed by the game developers in cases where there are no official minifigs to draw from, and they have typically been ignored when it comes time to produce a minifig for real.

@Sleepy17:
Why not? She sings in both the original cut and the SE version of the movie. Singing an entire song should count for something in this discussion.

By in Australia,

Really wish we got some more of the amazing Jedi Council designs from the Prequels. Oppo Rancisis seems doable without new moulds (the four armed torso and snake legs), as does Depa Billaba. Yaddle is iconic too and Yarael Poof could easily have the same head as any future Kaminoan minifigures.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Maybe a set with Dryden Vos was planned, but the actor got replaced.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

a bit of an oddball choice here but I personally love the design of Benthic or "Two-Tubes" such a great costume design and would be so hyped to see him in LEGO.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is a great list. Would love to see a poll for us to vote on for each movie. We need Nien Nub and Saw for sure! Both would have been great May the Fourth Polybag instead of these recent builds.
Another great idea would be to do a list of planets that we don't have a set from (Kamino) to see if we can get Lego to make some new stuff. Kamino with Lama Su and some clones would be great!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Would also love to have see Amanaman and Prune Face from ROTJ (Ep. 6) as minifigs

Gravatar
By in United States,

I would like to see a set with the whole domino squad be released, as they are important to the Clone Wars and the overall story

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Boss Nass has to be my number one priority to see made. He's an absolute must have really. Taun We and Lama Su are also must haves, as well as Shmi Skywalker and Mas Amedda. Given 2022 will be the 20th anniversary of Attack of the Clones, I'm hopeful we'll finally see a Kamino set and hopefully a Geonosian Arena MBS set...

Also you forgot Ghost Yoda, Ghost Obi Wan, and Ghost Anakin, which I still think was absolutely criminal they weren't included in the UCS Ewok Village in 2013. TLG have the correct colour plastic from the patronuses in the Harry Potter line so I'm hoping it's only a matter of time. I mean who wouldn't love Ghost Yoda as the May the Fourth polybag next year???

Technically, the ghosts shouldn't be included, as the characters would have been added with the celebrations across the cities of the galaxy, after the official release of the films. So, the UCS Ewok Village was based on the original film, not the updated version. Also, three more minifigs would have added a minimum of £15 on to the original LEGO price because of the new moulds needed in different colours and the general rarity of the blue ghost colour that can only be found in the HP line.

Overall, I don't see anything to moan about.

@Chemistry2101:
They can't do ghost minifigs in transparent colors. Best you could hope for (and a reasonable alternative) would be something like Medium Azure, but transparent colors are too fragile for some of the required connections in a minifig. They've done arms, legs, and heads, but the arm holes in the torsos would probably crack, the leg pins on the hips would snap off, and the hands would break at the wrist.

@Slobrojoe:
Um...it's been a while since you saw the original cut of RotJ, hasn't it?

http://www.ghostinthemachine.net/anakinghost.gif

There you can see a comparison of the original set of ghosts, including Sebastian Shaw, and the SE ghosts, where Shaw has been replaced by Hayden Christiansen. Yoda and Obi-Wan remain unchanged from how they appeared in 1983. I mean, it had already been established in 1980 that deceased Jedi could manifest as force ghosts when Obi-Wan was hanging around Yoda's hut while Luke was training on Dagobah. Yoda was expected, but the reveal of Anakin's force ghost was meant to show that he really had been redeemed by the time he died.

I don't even think Hasbro has made a Queen Jamilla figure yet. And considering how the toys have gone these days I feel like Star Wars figures and by extension Minifigures may never cover some of these characters.

@Odeinoichus:
They don't appear to have (then again, Jamilla was barely in the movie). On the other hand, they did end up making action figures of both of Sabé's "queen decoy" outfits, neither of which exist as official minifigs.
