Is there a prize for taking part...?

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

7/20... I really thought I knew some more questions... It was fun!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

...nine out of twenty.

I am... very, very average at these xD

Huh, surprised I got question two wrong... I misremembered a certain set as a 1999 set instead of a 2000 one, which threw off my answer by one minifigure. And... DANG it, question eleven caught me out, though I won't say why. The rest I got wrong... were otherwise just guesses on my part anyway, I had no idea on some of them.

Then again, even some of the ones I got *right* were just guesses, too xD

One, four, seven and fourteen, I knew for sure. Three, twelve and thirteen, I was fairly confident of. Nineteen, I ruled out the options I knew were wrong, took a guess out of the remaining two; while sixteen was a complete guess and I have no idea how I got it right.

This was fun, again! :D

By in United States,

9/20, not too good. But, I didn't cheat.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

8/20 Mostly total guesses I will admit.

I just really wanted to get number 9 right which I did. Small victories! : )

Gravatar
By in United States,

So glad these are back. However I botched it :D

12/20

Gravatar
By in Latvia,

9/20, not good for a Lego Star Wars fan

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

7/20.... so just over the amount of right answers I would have from random guessing....

Gravatar
By in United States,

15/20. Better than I thought honestly

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Awh, man, only 9/20.
Great questions, once again. Thanks guys!

Gravatar
By in United States,

10/20. A mix of educated guesses and completely random guesses

Gravatar
By in United States,

5/20

Ouch, but definitely some great questions in there!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

12/20, I missed a couple of the trick questions. Some I flat out had no idea.

Gravatar
By in Jordan,

12/20. There are definitely some tricky ones in there!

Gravatar
By in United States,

6/20, not the worst since I guessed on just about all of them. Very interesting to see the full list of astromechs that Lego has made.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

8/20, not bad nor great but better than expected.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

13/20......reasonable

The one that really got me was the fewest usc sets.
Damn those miniatures!

Gravatar
By in United States,

10/20 with a bunch of wild guessing! definitely some surprising answers.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

6/20 the force was not strong with me tonight...
I'm gonna pour myself a whisky!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

10/20, higher than I usually get on these! Maybe the force is strong with me, since I bought one of my first Star Wars sets earlier this week :D

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

A measly 4/10. Not well done, I have

Gravatar
By in United States,

17/20! And speaking of the first question, am I the only one who wants more podracers other than Anakin and Sebulba?

Not bad for completely guessing almost every question ;)

Thank you for the fun trivia! Some of the answers are pretty surprising."

I got the same, also guessing. How's anyone supposed to know all this stuff!?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

3/20 - I guessed every single one. Half the time I didn’t even know what most of the answers were referring to!
But it’s nice to see the real answers at the end of it :)

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

7/20 - an all-time low for me :(

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Love these trivia quizzes. 12/20

Gravatar
By in United States,

12/20... not too bad i guess. I admittedly guessed on a lot of them though :)

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

6/20 While I enjoy reading occasional articles and reviews about LEGO SW, I'm not that into it. I have very few SW sets. So not surprised I didn't do much better than chance.

Gravatar
By in Ireland,

7/20 best result so far in these quizzes ,getting better at guessing

Gravatar
By in United States,

I thought I did really well, I was expecting 15 or more.
I was wrong, 9/20. :P

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Oh man I love these quizzes but the total “quantity” questions always make me lose points. I can pinpoint specific characters, vehicles and introductions of new elements but I alway get “how many of ‘x’ have been released” wrong haha. I do feel like the UCS question was designed to infuriate people like me because I wouldn’t regard Insult on Hoth et al as UCS, therefore didn’t even consider them in the question! I also tripped up on the ‘life size’ question by answering D-0, because it felt like porgs were meant to be smaller than the Lego model, and I honestly thought D-0 was similar to life size because 1.) I don’t have that model to judge and 2.) it felt like the droid was smaller than 40cm high in the movie.

I got 14/20 by the way. Even if read the questions in more detail I still think I wouldn’t have got above 18 without getting a couple more lucky guesses!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Didn't know a single one lol, guessed as best I could and only got 1!!! That's so funny, love these, reminds me that while I collect a lot of Star Wars sets and love the movies, I am in no way shape or form a Star Wars Lego information font lol.

Thanks Cap for doing these, really do love them, they are so fun and surprisingly informative on some of the Lego history we may otherwise not have realised, seriously 35 different astromechs! wow

Gravatar
By in United States,

11/20! Better than I thought!

Gravatar
By in United States,

15/20! Let's go!

Gravatar
By in United States,

With research, 19/20. The only question I missed was which character appeared in the most sets. I find Bricklink's system to be much easier to search over Brickset's, but given how close my answer turned out I should have remembered to doublecheck on Brickset. Sometimes different classification systems can cause a wildly different answer.

Anyways, the May 4th promo question reminded me about a somewhat painful experience that one of my fellow LUG members (and probably a _lot_ of AFOLs) went through. Of the four minifigs listed, one of the three that _was_ a May 4th promo (but not saying which one that is) ended up having a weird quirk where, during checkout on LEGO.com, you had to check a box saying that yes, you _would_ like to receive the free GWP minifig. If you didn't check that box, you didn't get the minifig. So this individual never noticed the checkbox, and by the time his order arrived and he figured out what had happened, they didn't have any left. A few months later, that same minifig popped up again as a random GWP, and someone else in our LUG notified us, but I never found out if the person who missed out was able to nab one.

Gravatar
By in Hong Kong,

9/20. I did better than I thought as my SW knowledge is limited to UCS and promo sets.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Got 10/20 even though this quiz felt more possible than the last one.

I really could have sworn that 7104 Desert Skiff with Han was from the first wave in 1999, but I guess I remembered wrong.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

7/20 all guesses, not a Star Wars fan but had some time to kill. Interesting all the same.

Gravatar
By in Switzerland,

9/20 and I know nothing about Lego Star Wars.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

9/20. Had almost a full run in the beginning and then i crashlanded hard.
But i like the questions! And you must be really a lego sw geek to get them all right :-)
That was fun.

Same, but sadly I know chances are slim to nothing. Lego doesn't cover the prequels as much as they should. If you had to choose four podracers for Lego sets who would you pick? I'd go with Ratts Tyerell, Mars Guo, Ben Quadinaros and Clegg Holdfast.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

8/20. I got to the point where I was just clicking randomly for fun!

Gravatar
By in Austria,

9/20 ohne irgendwelche Kenntnisse, das war ein Spaß. Ich bewundere den Fragensteller, der muss ja alles wissen.

Gravatar
By in Slovenia,

9/20 which seems to be quite good ...

My translation: ‘9/20 without knowing anything. That was fun! I admire the quizmaster; he must know it all.’

Gravatar
By in United States,

11/20 Seemed more difficult than some of the previous quizzes.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I thought for sure that first Skiff set came out in 1999 and not 2000. That threw off my answer by one! Oh well lol

I also misunderstood the word "unique" in the last question. So I went with the assumption of there being at least 8 unique R2-D2s plus all the other astromech units

10/20 great quiz once again, keep em coming!

Gravatar
By in United States,

11/20 not my best.

Gravatar
By in United States,

19/20, I missed the one about the May the 4th promo :(

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Hah sad I got 7/20!

Gravatar
By in South Korea,

I used to think that if there has been lego starwars test, I'm gonna easy to get A, but this is not wht I expected!

Gravatar
By in United States,

10/20 - I could have done better but, I am a newbie. Older than 2014 stuff I have to look up (I didn't do that for this).

Gravatar
By in United States,

Without looking anything up- 6/20, but only 2 of which I actually knew.

Gravatar
By in South Korea,

11/20 well enough

Gravatar
By in United States,

12/20, not bad

Gravatar
By in Singapore,

For the question about the 501st troopers, wasn’t there a combo pack of the AT-RT, Barc Speeder and the Pong Krell starfightet? So wouldn’t the number of sets be 3?

Gravatar
By in Denmark,

4/20...

3 answers I genuinely knew, 1 was a lucky guess.
These are serious questions, well done!

Gravatar
By in United States,

12/20 and I am happy about it. Loved the questions' answers as they really showed things I would not have thought about like the UCS sets with the miniature versions of vehicles. Totally screwed that one up. Thanks to all who put work into these. So fun!

Gravatar
By in Germany,

14/20 - I have so much to learn o_O

Gravatar
By in France,

6/20, I suck at this. XD
