Friends Advent Calendar - Day 9

We're definitely in the Santa's workshop phase of the calendar now. Yesterday we had a worktable, which was an okay build, but the day was really all about the duck, which helped distract from the mismatched green pieces.
I wonder if today's build will be as cute as the duck. Did I mention I love the duck? Let's see if today is duck-worthy.
I'm not sure about duck-worthy, but it certainly is colourful. It's a remote controlled airplane - or perhaps it's a drone. Whatever it is, it uses a plethora of colours in the Friends palette. I'm not sure why there's so many different colours, but it works. I thought originally that perhaps the build included each Friends signature colour, but MIa's bright yellowish-green and Stephanie's medium azur are missing.
I rather like the variety of colours on this, and I'm encouraged that the builds are taking an upward swing in the number of pieces (14 pieces today, including spares). Not to mention that between yesterday and today, the purple streak is alive and well.

Kinda like the form of the space shuttle, small but not bad.
Seems a pretty low piece count in this year's calendar...definitely feels the Star Wars calendar is worth the extra £5...
It's cute, but I'm still concerned about the welfare of the poor duck being chased around Santa's workshop by a hammer-wielding elf.

It just reminds me of the Milano (I think it's called) from Gardians Of The Galaxy just pink though
I was thinking remote control space ship.
It looks like it crashed into a stray rainbow.
