Friends Advent Calendar - Day 12

Day 12! We're halfway through! After some disappointing builds early in the calendar, things have really gotten back on track with the Santa's workshop theme. I expect we'll have a few more builds in this theme, so let's see what the halfway point has in store for us.
Well, hmmm. Today brings us another toy from the workshop - in this case a skateboard that's adorned with a star (not well seen) and a bow. My first thought was "why does a skateboard need a hair bow?" until it dawned on me that this is a bow meant to be on a present.
7 pieces today, which is down alarmingly from yesterday, so hopefully things will pick up tomorrow. On the plus side, purple is back.

Pretty disappointing today, the Purple skate is a very common colour for this piece being in 11 sets
The star only exists to provide a mounting point for the bow. I don't think it's meant to be seen. Sadly, this "model" was. HPAC gets more parts on a day that includes a minifig!
@PurpleDave: Makes me wonder why they didn't use a nipple tile. It'd still be visible, but wouldn't stick out on the sides like the star does.

The star supports the flower better, and makes it less likely that you'll snap the pin off the flower.
