We've just added LEGO items stocked by US vendor Zavvi to our buy listings and as you can see already there are a number of bargains to be had, particularly Technic sets.

I've purchased several Lego sets from Zavvi over the past 6 months. Shipping from the UK to US takes about 3 to 4 business days. The items are well packed and arrived without any dents or dings . Highly recommended.

Is there a way to reflect special offer code discounts in the listings? It's a bit of an irrelevant example at the moment since it's out of stock, but the Disney Castle (71040) is/was $289.99 + free shipping with code DISNEYBF.
"US vendor Zavvi"? Never heard of them before. Goes to show how much of a stranglehold Amazon has on e commerce, I suppose.
Edit: Ahh.. just looked them up and see that they are actually UK-based. That's why I've never heard of them.
Has anyone had negative experiences? I looked them up when I started seeing them list Lego sales and the feedback was very poor and it gave me pause.

I haven't personally made any orders from them but members of my Lug have had no issues
Used Zavvi in the UK. They had a good black friday sale here in Aus this year. Lambo Sian is on its way for AUD$455.

They sure are cheap, but I won't say they are well-packed.
They just dump them in a box with no padding.
EVERY. SINGLE. SET I got from them arrived dented or damaged.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Zavvi. I have made at least 6 orders with them. Nothing has been unacceptably damaged or packed poorly. I have not had to cancel, return, or refund and I think that's where people seem to run into issues.
I will argue, though, that if you want discounted Lego, you shouldn't also expect a case fresh, mint box when it arrives to your house - from any retailer.
I've bought from Zavvi a few times, but only clothing and DVDs/BluRays. Never had any problems with those orders.
Ordered the Lambo, bugatti, status of liberty, empire state building.. bugatti was completely empty box, a literally empty box, no lego inside. Empire state building was missing. Customer service said they ll ship new ones but so far I d stay far away. Will update and revise depending how the claims turn out.
