Latest issue of Brick.it magazine out now

Posted by ,

Issue 12 of Italian-language magazine Brick.it is now available for download from brickitmagazine.it.

It's unfortunate that I can't read it because it's been produced to a very high standard by a group of Italian AFOLs and full of interesting articles.

If the language is not a barrier fo you, I encourage you to take a look. It costs €4 for a digital download. You can view a few sample pages after the break.

Wow, looks really good! Can someone let them know that if they were to translate they'd certainly have at least one new customer!

Surely an English language translation would be financially worthwhile?!?

I feel sorry for AFOLs in Italy. They may have great magazines such as this one but LEGO is classed as a ‘restricted item’ for import purposes. Must be a real nuisance ordering Bricks and Pieces parts directly from LEGO or pieces through Bricklink stores located outside the country.

The Brick It dossier images look interesting with translation "In each issue you will find an extensive dossier dedicated to a specific theme, with news, curiosities, images and interviews from all over the world. We will contact Italian and foreign AFOLs to be able to offer you a truly unique panorama."

What do you mean? Both Italy and Denmark are in the EU, there is no problem at all. I'm more worried about you guys over the channel...

"^ Not an EU/Non-EU matter. Italian postal regulations restrict posting to Italy toys not made entirely of wood: https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/il_008.htm"
That is not a postal regulation. Postal regulations just prohibits illegal things, weapons, live animals, perishables, and dangerous chemicals (including lithium batteries, which everyone sends anyway).
I think it's some kind of import regulation, but I did buy Lego from non-EU countries and never had any problem with the customs.
