The Ox almost makes that Colosseum chariot seem appealing.

Now THAT is what cute, brick-built animals should look like! Nevermind the Brickheadz...

Any idea if those offers apply to the uk too, with different min spend criteria ?

I'm sure they'll be all over the planet, as were the Pig and the Rat in previous years.

Interesting that the chocolate polybag is a repeat from last year

The chocolate polybag was in extremely short supply last year (my store got maybe 40 of them) and it led to some consternation. Feels like this is a make up run, because we're getting a LOT more this time around.

Ah well, not disappointed I'll miss these, I have the flower already and the Ox isn't my thing.

I assume they'll do these online for the UK as all our stores are shut.

By in United States,

The polybag has been available at target over the past year and was already a GWP from lego :(

At least they went back to having reasonable price thresholds.

The Ninjago polybag is nice, but making it a gwp in mid-February is very poor timing. It either should have been available starting January 14th to coincide with the Ninjago City Gardens vip release, or starting March 1st, when the Ninjago Island sets become available. Very poor planning on Lego’s part.

I agree. Jungle Dragon alone would hit the target.
At least the ox is cute.

(twiddles thumbs, still waiting for Gingerbread House to stop being out of stock)

Year of the Ox, I wish it was the Year of the Cat myself.

The chocolate polybag is already in Target stores in the USA. I'll wait until February 15th.

I agree the ox is an “interesting” build but I liked the chariot personally.

I do wish there was a GWP tied to the Blacksmith that was Castle/Kingdoms/Forestmen themed - so many small builds that could work.

It's also been available for $4.99 from Shop @ Home for at least six months. A bunch of former GWPs have been available for $3.99 or $4.99 if you search "polybag" but they don't count towards new GWP thresholds.

This is an $85 threshold for 167 pieces.
The $150 November-January threshold got you 333 pieces with three minifigures for 40410 and 304 pieces with two minifigures for 40416.

Can you wait two years? It's in 2023--in the Vietnamese Zodiac.

Agree with this... there was talk of a GWP mini castle build teased in the designer video for the Medieval Blacksmith. But I suppose that's not a thing for January.

Not familiar with the timing of these promotions. What happens on the 15th? Are there additional GWP sets that could be revealed for second half of month, or do we wait until March. Blacksmith is a guaranteed purchase for me, just not sure if it's worth going in on day one at the risk of a different (more preferred hopefully) GWP being released. I bought Barracuda Bay Day 1 and then watched it go on backorder for months... now its sitting fully back in stock on lego and alternate retailers, so not afraid of missing out on 21325.

By in Belgium,

If only the Medieval Blacksmith didn't cost an extra €20 in Belgium compared to Germany…

I might consider buying some Brickheadz sets to get the Ox GWP, since both CTF sets are also overpriced (€10 extra each) in Belgium…

An order of $85 US should get you both GWP sets, I'll wager.

Yes, I tested with 2 HP sets (75969/75947), and I would qualify for all 3 current GWPs (city poly, Book of Monsters, Skating Rink)
