The US LEGOLAND parks are offloading their surplus stock of exclusive sets in Target, where they are priced at about 10% less than at the LEGOLAND website. The sets available are as follows:

  • 40346 LEGOLAND – $89.99
  • 40347 LEGOLAND Driving School – $14.99
  • 40393 LEGOLAND Fire Academy – $14.99
  • 40429 Ninjago World – $29.99

Unfortunately this year's set, 40473 Water Park, is not among them.

Thanks to jackmap and sideswinger for the news.

Thank you TLG, and thank you Sir Huw for the heads up! I had to buy (at least I thought I did, ugh) 40346-LEGOLAND on eBay and thought I got a good deal on it, at 80.00 w/o box but 100% complete in all unopened bags. Then there was shipping, and tax, and... yeah, should have waited for Target, ugh again. Can't wait to pick up the others though, and I'd much rather pay those prices than the going eBay rates (about 50% to double retail). I can't wait to tell my wife I'm going to buy more LEGO... then she asks where I'm going to put it... then I say I don't know but will find a space... then it becomes a whole thing... so yeah, good news!

By in Puerto Rico,

And if you manage to buy them all you can get a "propper" park.

Wonder if a UK retailer will do this, Smyths or John Lewis maybe.

Doubt it but one can hope.

Thanks for the heads up! Bought 40346 after some contemplation. Loved the nostalgia of some of the "attractions", one of them being the vintage castle coaster! Definitely will work the set into my future Lego City!

One can certainly hope. I've got a few of them and have started building my own park, would love to get my hands on the new water park and the big, "full" park set.

Thank you so much for posting this update. I was able to order them all for local pickup today. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise.

I saw all these sets at my local Target yesterday, April 13th, and was surprised to see them there. Need to go back and pick some up now!

Oh, this is neat. I might have to look for these the next time I'm out near a store.

By in Australia,

I love these sets! A line of collectable Lego theme park attractions is lovely, IMO. The driving school is the only one I wasn't interested in buying, but I have the park train (40166) which is very cool.

This is why I build and keep all my Lego in the crawl space. Just lay down some carpet scraps, hang some outdoor string lights, and just watch your head!

This is a nice surprise! For those who have a Target Red Card, you get 5% off the Target price, which is a nice bonus.
