BE CAREFUL TO THIS SELLER !!!
I ordered few times there and step by step service is going down, especially about packing.
Now every order I receive, I discover minimum half part of sets in poor condition.

Once they have flattened a set to make it entry totally in cardboard box that was too small fo all sets !!

If you don't care quality of box, it's ok, if (like me) it's important to have clean ones, I can just give advise to choose another market place.

One more proof they don't care a lot about protection, is that I complainted to them about damaged sets (from 2 orders received in short time) but I was also waiting for one more from them (waiting for new sets from early june to be available).
After few weeks packet arrived again without any care for any sets, even a big Cantina at 330€ that arrived damaged because of no protection around.

NEVER AGAIN !!!

I can second that. Only one of my orders ever arrived without problems. The last two orders the sets came totally squashed even though the exterior packaging showed no signs of any damage. So the sets must have already been in such bad shape to begin with.
On one order they forgot to include one of the sets I ordered, so I had to contact customer support.
If I want to get sets at good prices (and don't want to resort to buying at Amazon) I use steinehelden.de
With them I even support a good cause too, as they employ disabled people.
Every order I made with them arrived in immaculate condition.

Thanks for your comment on our service. Please notice that there are humans working and sometimes a fault is made.
Nevertheless the problems you are mentioning aren’t what we want to deliver.
At least these problems are very rare to thousands of parcels going out.
We are facing the problems with boxes and delivery service.

Missing items can happen from time to time, should not but again, individual mistakes here.
But be sure that we always solve problems without any anger for customers and of course send missing sets directly.

We are collectors ourselves and no item that does have a minimal scratch or something like that will leave our warehouse.

We will be happy to see you again as a customer, thanks again for your feedback.

I am very sorry for your bad experience you had. We are doing our best to ship all sets in a collectors shape and your description clearly shows a mistake made in our warehouse.

I can guarantee that our normal service level (and we are shipping LEGO sets since more than 11 years now) is way higher and satisfying thousands of LEGO fans every year.

But again, your description clearly shows a mistake and I hope that the customer service could solve this problem. If not just please contact me and we will find a solution.

JBS have poor communication skills and are sometimes slow to despatch. I make allowances because they're AFOLs rather than soulless retailers, and they also have consistently good GWPs, but I always doubt whether it's better to buy elsewhere rather than deal with them, which is a shame.

They need to be better at managing expectations. The recent pre-orders for 2 June is a good example - they should have told me as soon as they knew there would be a delay rather than wait for me to contact them 10 days after the date they should have despatched (and even then they took several days to reply).

Edit: I found the packaging to be sturdy.

Thanks for your feedback.
I know that people are people and mistakes can happen.
But you do have to admit, if a customer makes several orders, and only once everything is fine, he must get a bad impression.

And especially with my last order, the condition of the sets was really bad. When you say no item in bad condition will leave your warehouse I wonder how the sets got so damaged. Like I said, the parcel they came in was in perfect shape externally, so the items must have either been damaged before or during packing.

I'm not even that picky, and the occasional dent or scratch doesn't bother me too much, unless like in this instance where the sets were intended as presents for someone - in the end I had to get them different presents because in that condition I could never have given those sets away without feeling ashamed.

And like I said, the other retailer I mentioned I never had cause to complain about.

Perhaps I was only unlucky so far with orders from you, but it is like I described.

While I don't have any complain about the service I recieved, for international buyers, keep in mind that their promotions are aimed at the German market.
In my case, the mystery star wars box I recieved during their previous similar event contained lots of stuff in German, including a German edition of one the DK books.

Thanks for your comment! I hope you like the Star Wars Box we made..
You are right, the books are the German ones, but we now take care that all the Merch and stuff we use are internationally usable with an English description for our Minifigures for example.
