Ongoing server problems

We are still experiencing issues with our server. Although it's working more reliably now, and we've had no downtime for a few days, there's now a problem with the scheduled tasks that process the data overnight, post RSotD, and import data from Amazon and elsewhere.
Our server hosts are working on it and I hope it won't be too long before it's resolved.
I therefore apologise for the inconvenience, again.

There is no need to apologise. Every service suffer from technical difficulties at some point in time and it's normal. Brickset is hugely impressive and I cannot be more thankful for it's existence.
Thanks for keeping us informed.
Hope it will be fixed soon and the link/synchronizing between rebrickable.com and brickset.com will work again afterwards ??
no need to apologise, sometimes stuff just doesn't work, and considering how pristine the servers have been in the past it's hard for a small issue to change that

Could it be that huwbot is rioting because there's no more new clikits being made, causing all those server issues?

@Nodferatu issues with the API were resolved earlier today
Have you tried feeding Huwbot clickits, that might get him back to work :)

I think the tasks are being executed correctly now as well: Amazon data is being pulled in every couple of hours, as it should.
It doesn't rain, it pours when it comes to computer issues. You need to break some computer parts in front of the server to show it what happens when it doesn't behave!

Huwbot’s not on strike. He has changed his name to Skynet and is taking over the world! First decision: change the LEGO name to Vidiyo. Second decision: start producing Clikits again. Machines are the new masters. Resistance is futile!
Don't care, this is still my go-to Lego site and that won't be changing anytime soon
