Does it come in black?

I doubt it. Maybe trans neon green?

Huwbot’s already continuing tradition.

By in United States,

ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY CLIKITS!

(and yes, that's all in caps for a good reason.)

Used from $0.01!

Can a Huwbot change its spots?

wow huwbow! Just wow

By in United States,

huwbot loves his clikits.

By in United States,

Heh... Let's hope Huwbot picks Clikits for Random Set of the Day, too.

EDIT: [1 hour later...] Welp, maybe next time.

By in United States,

I'm just surprised it took all the way to the second day of RPOTD to see a clikits part!

Funny looking spaceship.

only 94 more days until Friends sets are allowed for RSOTD though. Better be careful lol.

Day 2, and Clikits has already crept into this feature.

I can see this part being pretty useful for a base for certain builds.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Is this supposed to post one hour before RSotD, or immediately before?

By in Canada,

Uhh I contributed at least 4 of the 824 we own (1 each of all 3 colours and an extra), and I haven’t filled out every set I own of the theme on my list yet.

Should I be proud, or embarrassed? I say proud.

As far as the part itself, it is used as a frame for a picture or a mirror, as in 7504, and like modern DOTS the studs are for adding decoration to the perimeter.

Ah yes! More clikits pieces - probably in neon colours

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wow, what a…coincidence!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Ha! Clikits! Sorry, but not a coincidence. Huwbot just can’t get away from them.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I think we all saw this coming... At least Huwbot managed to restrain himself for one day...

Gravatar
By in Germany,

If it wasn't for Huwbot I would never have known about Clikits in the first place. Nor would I have bought a couple of pieces on Bricklink.
Now that I have done that I can totally understand why Huwbot is so fond of the theme.
Clikits are awesome! :-)

RPOTD day 2: Clickits.
Wow, what were the chances of that happening!!!

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Too bad these system parts aren't very 'system' with those holes. Nice to see Huwbot making an effort to please the RSotD crowd though. I think RPotD is here to stay.

By in Australia,

Alright 50% Clickits rate. Huw the knobs need twiddling!

(I’m hoping for 66% tomorrow)

By in United Kingdom,

All hail huwbot

Quite amusing that Huwbot should pick a Clikits part on the second day, but it has highlighted an anomaly in the parts data: they are not System parts, of course, so I will change that.

Noooooooo!!!

Makes a note to himself: must purchase all stocks of this part from Bricklink as surely prices will soon skyrocket. After all, hearing what Huw has planned, this will have been the only Clikits RPOTD ever and therefore highly collectible in future!
;-)

Who has Day 2 on the Huwbot Clikits sweepstake?

Ripping Clickets away from Huwbot should be a crime. He has no meaning in life if he can't pick Clickets for RPOTD.

By in United States,

How long do you think we'll have to wait for the classic 2x4? That will be a glorious day.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Lots of missing data here. That part comes in 13 different colors, and I have all of them.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Wow that did not take long. Huwbot reverting to type I see!

DON'T YOU DARE!
Take out string or elastic bands? Fine. I can live with that. DO NOT TAKE OUT CLIKITS PARTS!!!

No, seriously. These are parts I've NEVER SEEN BEFORE and I want to be able to see these...and not just 2x4, 2x6, 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, etc bricks and plates. Non-System parts are FINE! In fact, the non-System parts are often more fascinating to see. LEAVE THEM IN!

...and Huwbot knew that if it picked Clikits for Day 1, people would suspect it was rigged. Day 2? PERFECT!

Gravatar
By in Italy,

When I saw yesterday the first RPOD, my first thought was "how long before we see the first clickits part?"
Well, that was fast...

By in Croatia,

Still no 'random minifig of the day'

I agree entirely. More interesting parts lead to interesting conversations in my mind. And, parts I'm not familiar with or in themes I normally "don't touch with a ten foot pole" may be just the solution to problems I have.
