Make thyself a box 8 studs wide, 6-2/3 studs tall and 3 studs of the breadth thereof. With male and female hinges makest thou them. And then playeth in the jungle.
Ok, so we know this part’s biological sex - howabout its pronouns?
It's so sparkly ;D
I was so excited for the winter-themed series of these, and it got cancelled on us. So disappointed.
I feel like this is more of a semi-functional part. Or perhaps dysfunctional? I don’t see a ton of MOCs using this (and by “ton” I mean “any”).

But thou must not eat of the forbidden pineapple.
Is 41438 the set that comes with the colored sloths?

This sounds like a challenge that I'd like to take up.
I've already made several MOCs with Dots bracelets, this or Vidiyo boxes feel like a worth challenge: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CWwD1mZp3Qc/?utm_medium=copy_link
Can’t go around flashing your male hinge like that, this is a children’s toy!

I highly doubt they’d refer to the part as such if he didn’t identify as he/him. LEGO has a reputation to keep, they will only refer to parts by their preferred pronouns.
In all seriousness, for those unaware the “male” and “female” descriptors are used for parts that connect. The female piece connects to a part that the male piece has to unite the two… I know it is weird out-of-context but I didn’t come up with this naming strategy.

No, I used to work in a toy shop, and jigsaw puzzles have a similar naming convention, with male and female-designated pieces.
