Friends Advent Calendar - Day 16

Day 16 - two thirds of the way! We still have to meet one more Friend, plus there's still quite a bit of the place mat to fill up. Let's see what gets added to the scene today.
This looks perfect for a Friend! We have a cosy looking chair, a book, and a table with mug. I love the printing on the mug - interestingly enough it's been featured in City sets before, but this is its first Friends appearance.
This is an ideal little scene - I can picture a Friend curled up in the chair with their book, with a cup of cocoa close by. Again, in previously years, this build would have been spread across multiple days. I love the details that are being provided this year.

Am I the only one to find an image of a baby with a burning head quite scary? Straight out of a horror movie. Or maybe it is just a marshmallow?
I'm by no means a target demographic for Friends, but this calendar looks much better than the City one.

Of course: the day after we get an empty book in the HPAC, the Friends AC gets a print
(or two)!
Also a nice build for the chair, but I do wonder why they keep making studded furniture
for minidolls...

Really wish I'd gotten this calendar instead of the LEGO City one. It's a million times better. At least it's seasonal and festive.

@YanVanLan: Obviously the Friends' parents are more permissive than you. Or maybe they've already gone to bed, leaving the kids unsupervised...

More permissive? Rather absent or downright negligent, I would say;
no parent anywhere to be seen! I think they have to work long hours to pay for that mansion where the girls live prettymuch all on their own ;-)

You might think so, but the marshmallow is just happy to become tasty, just for you! For marshmallows, it's the biggest thing!
