Harry Potter Advent Calendar - Day 13

Another model from Gringotts Wizarding Bank emerged yesterday, conveying visitors through the elaborate tunnels located deep underneath Diagon Alley.
Perhaps our destination will arrive next...
Gringotts vaults are accessed through enormous round doors. This rendition is considerably smaller than those shown onscreen, but captures the correct shape and feels appropriate for an Advent Calendar. The colours have been well-chosen and I like the opening door, although the keyhole cannot actually accommodate Griphook's golden key from day eleven. In addition, no accompanying gold is present, for now.
Overall - 3.5 - While this model looks reasonable for its size, I think some golden ingots or 1x1 round plates could have been provided today.

Such a messy door
Not a bad rendition, but I do miss some kind of top going over the door;
I get that it would take too many pieces, but this feels somewhat unfinished
Yeah. An arch would have been nice really.
Makes a better gate for a hobbit's garden.

If I have one criticism of Brickset it's that it does not feature enough talking heads references
I thought we will go through the 1st book, but we are at the beginning at day 13, so I guess we won't.
Not sure why we have a hobbit door, but ok... ; )

It's called "Journey to Hogwarts" (written on the playmat) so it seems more logical that it would focus on Harry's journey there.
