By in Singapore,

I'm gonna miss the old font that's been used for the past 20 years. Amazed LEGO has managed to keep the typography of that section so consistent for so long.

I love the side builds in these with the lotuses, the cherry blossom and the lily. I love the overall Asian theme going on.

Wow! That's beautiful!

By in United Kingdom,

That is incredible, with what looks like 3 great builds. It looks like interesting building technique for the stripes and nice prints for finishing them off.
This continues to cement 3-in-1 as my favourite theme.

By in United Kingdom,

Looks good and decent alt builds to. I also imagine you can build a default dinosaur with it too.

By in United Kingdom,

Looks amazing. Will definitely be getting this :o)

Ooooooh that looks nice!

What do you think, £45?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Are those ball-and-socket joints new in white?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Wow! They knocked it out of the park with this one. Probably the best creator animal yet.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Looks good from a distance.

The new one is so weird. Why are E and A merged? Why is T overlapping O? Some very questionable decisions were made here.

By in Germany,

755 pieces. This might become the biggest animal set ever. How well will it sell?

Yes and no. Yes because it is a new mould, no because we had white sockets in 71721 and others.

Yeah it does look weird. As if it says Create Or… we’ll shoot ya?
The tiger looks fantastic as well as the other builds. Very fun looking set. I want it

How are they doing the stripes at the top of the body?

It looks like it might be a printed double cheese slope. They've also used it for the side of the face and that's what it looks like to me. Could be completely wrong of course.

That’s my bet, since the Creator animal sets typically don’t use stickers, and the same slope piece is repeated multiple times. The rest of the stripes are built super cleverly without even requiring new prints!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

You know, I remember thinking that they'd probably never do an actual tiger (alongside their range of large brick-built alpha predators) because the tiger stripes would be too hard to do.

Shows what I know.

I do like it.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Thanks both, I knew Creator sets don't normally have stickers and I could see how the rest of the stripes were cleverly done. Printed pieces make sense.

Gravatar
By in Singapore,

The red panda is cute. Unfortunately I recently just made a MOC of red panda and is now waiting for parts to build it physically... Now this official set released and mine looked worse...

Gravatar
By in Singapore,

@Orange_Jooze, @Brickodillo: I wasn't referring to the new Creator logo, but the age and piece count numbers! The Creator logo does seem strange... but subjectively I prefer it very much over the previous two, so they must be doing something right.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I think this is the best Creator set I've ever seen! That striped slope that's wider on the bottom for the torso, with the fluff on the tummy, it so perfectly captures that distinct tiger shape!

Gravatar
By in Poland,

It looks really cool. Like it so much. Wonder the price 60€ ? Wish to be 50.
Edit
Promobricks say 49.99 so I guess it's pretty good

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Set specific printed parts in a creator 3in1 set? Is this a first?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Happy to see more animals in the creator line. The shaping is pretty nice, shame about the 1 axle thin wrists and ankles though as they are somewhat distracting.

49.99€ as promobricks says.

Well lucky me - my Chinese Zodiac sign happens to have the best set so far!!

Which makes it accurate to the source material.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wow, this is pretty great. All 3 models look fantastic. I'll go so far as to say that any of the 3 could be the 'A' model. A lot (most?) 3-in-1s get a little wonky on the secondary builds, where you can see the designers might be stretching to get a 3rd build, but these all look awesome.

Gravatar
By in United States,

My wife is super excited about the red panda build!

True fans know the real logo was this one: 5700

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

This looks great... So much more recognisable than the (admittedly smaller) 31112 Wild Lion

Gravatar
By in Finland,

the build is good, but most importantly, ORANGE PIECES

Gravatar
By in United States,

This certainly looks like one of best creator animal sets yet! I wasn't expecting to get creator next year, but I may have to pick this one up. I love what they did for the fangs!

Gravatar
By in United States,

It looks as though you might be able to build the red panda and the koi at the same with maybe a few additional pieces! So I might only need twwo of this set instead of three. (Because all three builds look great.)

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I cant wait to see how the tigers belly is built. Looks like some super fun building techniques there!

Which was also used in building sets from 2000 to 2003 <3 I still have my 7832 bucket.

That was my first thought when I saw this. Viewing the thumbnail I thought the sides were large stickers, but as I zoomed in I saw the amazing building techniques creating the stripes. As far as I can remember, most Creator sets have only had common printed pieces like the eye tiles. Does that printed slope have a use in another set?

Yeah, I was refering tot the 1x2 printed cheese slope. Quite hard to imagine that there is another set in 2022 which justifies this exact print. However, I love to be proven wrong.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm looking at the image and I still can't figure out how they did the stripes. Does a piece exist that's an inverse of the 1x2 curved slope?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Overall this set looks great, but I'm very disappointed that they're still using the smaller ball-&-socket joints in only dark blay. The way they're exposed along the tail looks cheap compared to the rest of the set. I've heard the excuse that different colors give different friction in the ball-&-socket coupling, but TLC is a world class expert in plastic manufacturing, so I know they could make those parts in different colors if they wanted to.

I wonder if you can close the tiger's mouth all the way without needing to remove fangs?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Holy smokes, that’s fantastic. Very well done.

It appears to me there are presumably six or more printed 1x2 cheese slopes here, one on either side of the head / “face”, plus another two on either side of the back (assuming the left side matches the right, of course, in having two of those). Obviously they’re meant for this “A” build, but I can also see using them on something like another Horizon Express-like train.

The eye prints look like they’d easily work for Darth Maul as well. Could there be another large-scale figure or bust in the near future, like that UCS Maul from the early years of the theme?

Looks to me like the eyes are brick built using a hollow stud with a bit of yellow flex hose inserted from the back, likely Hose, Pneumatic 4mm D. 2L / 1.6cm (bricklink part id 5102c02 : https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=5102c02).
