The world is being swept by flame-throwing golf-cart mania. The kids just can’t get enough of the Mandarin’s battle lawnmower.
I too am curious about the set topping the list. I guess because it relates to a movie that happened over Christmas...? The fake Mandarin figure getting more screen time in Shang Chi might have something to do with it too.
Usually most of these sets popularity is pretty easy to explain, but why is Iron Man vs Mandarin at the top, and then a random Mcdonalds included as well? Very strange...

Easy. Cross-promotion: McD’s is now selling Mandarin fries.

3438 McDonald's Restaurant can be explained - TD Bricks made a video about the set, nicely updating the design.

Well that explains that.
I Googled "Are Mandarin oranges the ultimate source of iron?" and now I'm here.
Huh, I too am confused about the first one. I own that set but it’s not constructed anymore. I love the Iron Man though.
There was a set that featured McDonald’s?
It seems weird stuff on this list is almost always because a post made it to the front page of Reddit.
Possibly @Huw can tell us?
There was a popular Reddit post this week that linked to 3438:

I mean, like the set or not, I still bought it. I don't care about the set if it gives me some neat new figures (or new pieces, even if the combination of said pieces is a disaster).
